Chase Bank Gateway Blvd, South Windsor

I scheduled an appointment online to open a business checking account and to setup treasury services. My appointment was for 9:00 a.m. (the time that branch opens) however, the manager/ business banker showed up 15 minutes late, which resulted in the bank being opened late. He didn’t even have the common courtesy to greet us or apologize for the delay. I understand that things happen but I also have a business to run and understand the importance of my customers time. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

They were good initially when I opened the account but now, you can't reach this location at all. If you are getting that much business, emokoy more people. Or else, simply close it down and make way for some other store. I scheduled a call with someone in the brabch, noone calls. I have been calling them since November and no luck getting hold of anyone, just automated system saying they are busy. If I had known Chase would be so inconsistent with customer support, I would have opened by business account with some other bank!

Worst customer service experience. They don’t value your time and even when you take an appointment they will keep you waiting. The worse is that they are so unapologetic. Just value your customers, their time and be respectful. If you can’t do the basics right, you would not be in business much longer.

Chase banks are far and few around here. I can only make it here on Saturdays. I just opened an account online. My first visit was a bust, for some reason they were closed all Saturday... Maybe i should've opened an account with TD bank instead.

I'm so happy that we now have a Chase bank nearby. I've banked with Chase for more than 25 years.

Scheduled an appointment here earlier and the bank wasn't busy though I came at a time when it probably wasn't busy. The staff here were pretty welcoming and helpful. I talked with Jonathan P. at the bank who was courteous and professional, as he helped me with my issue I had earlier. Thank you!

Went to open new bank account and got to know that all appointments are full. What kind of service this bank is providing to customer? I can do everything online then , why bank has opened branch ? Disappointed with this branch service.

I never write reviews but the quality of my experience with Chase is worth sharing. The staff was extremely genuine and personable. The competency all staff members shared in regards to their job was beyond any other service I’ve received from other banks. (I’ve had several) I highly recommend Chase and specifically this branch for business or personal accounts.

The staff is very welcoming! The process was really quick; we were in and out! We had the pleasure of working with Michael. He was very friendly and seriously made our day. Thank you so much for your help!

This is the first time I came here . The worker so nice and verybody friendly. William helped me and my mom to open a card today. He was professional and friendly. He tell us everything about this debit card that easy to understand. Just search ALDI supermarket on south Windsor on google if you can’t find chase bank .
