Sue was wonderful!! She helped me tremendously and explained everything Thoroughly. She was very pleasant and would use her over and over!

Ive been using Block Advisors for 5 years now, and have returned every year to Peggy who is thorough, so helpful and pays great attention to the detail. I have total faith every year that nothing gets missed, and she's also just a pleasure to work with. I even look forward to the next year! Who says that about filing taxes? Would highly recommend

Horrible rude service. I walked out. Told me I owed money to the IRS. I just filed elsewhere and am actually getting over $1400!!!! Thanks for nothing... I reported the rude service I received here to corporate and management and they did nothing but blame me saying the advisor was rude because “I couldn’t afford their services.” When that’s not at all what happened and WOW, who says that to a client?? Didn’t even bother to listen to what really happened. Insane. I would never recommend going to this Block Advisors or any H&R Block. Save your money. They are not professional or educated. My tax return is very basic and he gave me incorrect information. Told me to wait to file since I owed the IRS “so much money” when I didn’t owe them anything! Was this some kind of scam?? I could have had my refund this entire time but I held off due to his lousy advisement. I have used H&R Block for over 14 years and I will never go to an H&R Block again after the way they handled this situation. Awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. The guys name is George Wilbur. Update: I spoke with corporate and the manager of this location and she basically told me “he quoted you a price, sorry if it was too much.” - disgusting service. The price wasn’t too much, your horrible condescending attitudes are the problem. Never again.

I've been going to Sue Chalmers for several years. She is a very nice person and very knowledgeable. She provided me with good, relevant information for my transition into retirement. I would highly recommend her.

My tax advisory was very caring and worried about my health he was very helpful with filing my taxes ,I will definitely be seeing him next year ...

I've been using H&R Block as long as I can remember I think about 12 years. Always a great experience.

I have used H&R Block for years with nothing but great experiences, until today. I booked an in person appointment online. Upon entering, the receptionist was not wearing a mask at the desk. She then put it on and stated that because of social distancing their office was not doing in person appointments. Since my boyfriend did his taxes at another H&R Block one week prior (in person appointment) this seemed inaccurate. I then explained that I picked an in office appointment because I had a few special life events that may impact my return. She continued to use a stern tone and be dismissive. She stated that if I wanted an in person appointment, I would have to do it from outside the office in the hallway. I continued to use a respectful tone with her. I informed her that I was over two weeks out with both my covid vaccines and had my card to prove it. I asked if I could just quickly speak with my tax specialist prior to proceeding. She didn’t answer, left, and came back without saying a word to me. We sat in awkward silence for five minutes. The tax specialist then came and answered a few of my questions before leaving for over five minutes just to answer my question on pricing. I said thank you and walked out. I will no longer be using H&R Block. Overall, I feel that this office needs a education in customer service. I wrote one other negative review in my life, but felt this needed to be written. It doesn’t take too much to be kind to loyal customers, even if there are misunderstandings and new protocols.

Jay is an excellent resource. And definitely puts all her effort forth to assist her clients. She takes her time every year to make sure we file everything correctly and don't miss anything along the way. I am always pleased with her services.

Jay is the most extraordinary tax adviser I've ever met. She did my taxes in the past and this year, I'm out of the country, she did everything online and over the phone. Thanks Jay!

I would leave no stars. Their accountant has had my taxes since 3/6. Won’t finish them, won’t respond to emails. I had to call yesterday so someone could “track him down,” in another office. Got them back last night and they still weren’t finished. Supposed to be a 3 day turnaround on a ‘pro,’ tax review. Use Turbo Tax and save the aggravation......Customer Service online is totally non existent.......beyond
