I recently switched over from Wellsfargo and Im kind of wishing I didn't. The lady told me she was to busy to help me and sent me to a different branch. Then the lady at the second branch sent me to the previous branch to get my debit card. The lady told me again that she was to busy and was extremely rude. I also over heard one of the women working that she would only help a customer with a transaction one time because the ATM's do it now. I was extremely disappointed with the amount of attitude I received and the lack of customer service. This branch needs to be retrained.

Love this branch. Why? Because it has automated tellers and usually one live person to help you if you need it. If you can work a cell phone then you can work the machines. If you hate tech then this branch won't work for you. This branch does require appointments if you want to have certain things done. It is those wanting something right now without an appointment that creates the problem. So if you want services for notary, opening an account, or pretty much most other banking stuff make sure you call and take 3 minutes on the phone to set it up. Easy peasy...,

This location SUCKS BIG BALLS! I've been waiting since 4:20 they only have one lady out front helping customers been waiting just to get a new card they have 6 cubicles but only one lady being a teller, helping people with the atm and helping customers who needs the personal help. Learn to schedule more people in the evenings because that is when the majority of your customers come in.. YOU SUCK BIG BALLS AGAIN. And the lady with reddish/brown hair is rude😡 Young fellow was waiting with us in the lobby all he wanted was a new debit card and the b**** didn't want to issue it, you didn't even give him a chance didn't you see his small hands, he drove away so sad in his tiny car and lollipop....

Closing my chase account! This is the 3rd time I've woken up to all of my transaction scrambled and my account was at $31 last night but am negative $280 this morning! No explanation where it went or what caused me to go over and every time I call they play dumb and just keep reading over my statement and refuse to escalate me to anyone. I have 2 babies under 2 on a very tight budget and I cannot afford to have a bank play with my money!!!!!!!!

On several occasions we have been served by Richard A. Carter and Gloria Holguin at this Chase location. Without exception, they are professionally gracious and responsive to customers' inquiries. It definitely warrants recognition and acknowledgement. Thank you very much Chase .

This location may as well be one giant atm. They don't seem to offer any other service I'm used to banks doing. I went in a few weeks ago for a notary but was sent to a ups store. Now today I called to talk to someone about a mortgage loan and again was told they don't have one and gave a number for someone else. I guess if you're looking for a referral for someone that can help you, This is the place. Otherwise just go to an actual helpful well staffed location elsewhere

I went into this branch on 3/19/2019 at 3:30PM to get a new bank account set up (my fiancee and I were getting joint bank accounts) and Stephanie Orcutt greeted me at the door. She was standoffish and rude the entire interaction and when she told me that they didn't have a teller to open the bank account for me today and that I could come back tomorrow, she proceeded to give me a window of times where I could make an appointment and I selected the time that worked best for my schedule she proceeded to laugh and tell me that the time I selected wasn't available. Stephanie Orcutt is the reason I will not be opening an account with Chase and would rather just stay with Wells Fargo. Customer service and security are two things I look for in a bank and based on my initial interaction with Chase, they don't meet the criteria. Thanks Stephanie Orcutt for showing me how Chase trains their employees. You've saved me the mistake of opening an account with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is THE WORST Chase Bank location. It is just a glorified drive-thru, without the drive-thru. You go IN to the bank to use the ATM or machines. No other services offered. It was a complete waste of time. I WILL NEVER go here again. AWFUL

This branch let a criminal (that stole my wallet which had my debit cards, credit cards, and driver's license) walk in and drain my bank account after I alerted the bank that my wallet was stolen. Their "security" procedures are only to inconvenience you and not to protect your assets.

This place is terrible!!! Their customer service is terrible. I had my wallet go missing, which entitled me to get a new on. The state of az prints you a temporary id on paper and send you on your way. I had to cash a check for the holidays and they looked at me and said "they only give you special paper for this. We dont know if your actually this person... ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? LOOK AT THE DAMN PICTURE LADY! I told her my whole name DOV and everything. She replied "nope sorry. Cant hrlp you." My minds blown!!! 👎👏👏✌✌✌ im no longer banking with chase.
