Chase Bank Shadow Lakes Blvd, Ormond Beach

I went to the 75 Shadow Lakes branch. My issue was dismissed. I tried calling to schedule a meeting with the branch manager, it took the calls n 3 transfers. I was told there was no manager at this branch and referred to the Williamson branch.

Needed help with a withdrawal by my car insurance—took payment out one month too early. Richard at Chase Bank, Ormond Beach, was kind, patient and understanding. Helped me above and beyond what I expected. I so appreciated his help with the situation. I’ve been a Chase customer for over five years. Originally, I opened my account in their New Smyrna Beach branch. They were equally helpful and respectful and polite. I’m a happy customer!

Great bank and employees! Clean air inside, no chemical smells and employees seem scent free. The service is quick and friendly. They have s special package for vets. We really appreciate that.

banking here 8 years....retired from NYC......the operation is solid with the staff always professional and efficient with me....I bank very early...so it not crowded. I must mention Debhia and Janice as always very helpful and considerate.

Worst customer service ever! The unnecessarily hold funds for more than 24 hours if you deposit a check through the app ( check was only $500 so definitely not required ) . Definitely not worth it go to a different bank I should have never switched !!!

Bankers up to the Manage treated us Rudely because we did not have an appointment.

Had to wait for an hour to open a business checking account. They were under staffed. Racist bank employee Dehbia Guerdad made every attempt to deny me from operating the account. Chase Bank solicited me to open an account with them. Dehbia Guerdad asked me questions that she could have read the answers from the copy of the article of incorporation I submitted to her but she asked me questions as if to catch me in a lie. She asked what kind of company I owned. I told her my company is a record label. She told me that she didn't know what a record label is. I replied, old as you are living in america and you don't know what a record label is? She said it was a harsh thing to say. Then she said what if she was mentally disabled. I replied then you wouldn't be able to work on a bank. She was condensending and rude.

I’m writing a review on behalf of a coworker who doesn’t use the internet. She stated she was wrong by chase on multiple occasions, as they kept raising payments on her. When she spoke to customer service they were extremely rude to her!!!!
