Friendly, Responsive, Professional, AND Courteous EVERY time I use this, and the Gurnee & Libertyville, IL. branches as well; respectful of MY time!!! 👍😁😷

The few times I've been here I've had a decent experience. Granted I do most of my business with Chase through the app, the times I do visit the branch have all been quick and I'm met with friendly greetings. They have ATM's in the lobby to replace some of the tellers, but I can see why people would get frustrated if they would rather speak to a teller for their business and they then realize that Chase only have 1 teller on staff with a line full of people. I've also seen that they don't have enough associates working on weekends, they only had maybe 1 or 2 on staff while the waiting area is packed with people. Overall, the place is decent to do business.

Chase Banking sucks. Don't hold on too tight to my other account.

First they get rid of the drive through tellers, then they replace the tellers inside with more ATM machines......today there were 2 empty ATM machines and like 10 people in line for 1 teller. They had a young girl up front trying to keep people entertained in conversation so no one would get too upset. Then after waiting forever I was told I couldn't deposit coins unless I had them in rolls because they don't have a coin counting machine. BS. This is the closest branch to me and it's still too far away. I'll be stopping in one more time to close out all my accounts.

Terrible customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs! As a business customer who made an appointment days in advance for 1pm, I do NOT expect to be told I missed my 11am appointment and am now at the back of the line. If your workers can't even write down a calendar date accurately, why would I want them handling my business' money? And when a branch employee makes a mistake calling the customer a liar is NOT the correct response.

Not one star, if I had a choice. Bad customer service. It varies depending on who is taking care of you any given day. As a business owner; this is why I visit a Chicago local for faster, more efficient, reliable service.

Worst customer service. Went in too start a new account, teller was walking around to every banker until she disappeared. One banker came up and stated how they were all busy. Spoke to the manager who told me there was appointment needed, which could have been said since the beginning. All the bankers were just standing around, so much for them being too busy. Pointed it out to the manager, he looked as annoyed as I was. Very unprofessional!

So, this is the second time I came to this location to get cash at an easy convenience by use of the drive-thru, and they would have ATMs open but the inability to disperse cash. Maybe a system of lights that let the driver know upon pulling up that the ATM is deposit only.

The worst banking service I've ever had. I opened Checking and Savings account and submitted all documents. Chase closed the accounts few weeks without giving any intimation. The Bank Associate simply said they can't do anything as it's "Closed". Instead he suggested to open New Account. Now I have to update the Bank account details everywhere. Sigh. The Customer care rep + Manager simply raised a complaint just for their "Quality Purpose". There is no proper response to the Customer. Beware, It can happen to any customer. Check your accounts often and Make sure it is "SAFE". All the Best!

Worst Chase bank branch, I have ever been to. I have banked with Chase in several different states and locations across major cities over last 7 years. Among all my experiences Chase Bank at 3950 Fountain Square Pl, Waukegan IL 60085 was the worst. During all visits (about 6), each time I felt staff was rude to me as I didn't communicate with them in Spanish. Also while waiting, I noticed that they admired Hispanic, Caucasian and African American customers over Asians. I was not even greeted couple times. I don't want to sound racially biased but ethnic make up of their general staff greatly influences their negative behavior to customer. They should understand that they are running this branch in US. If you are Asian, drive few more miles and bank with other Chase branch. You will get a much better banking experience. Definitely they won't offer you a massage or a cocktail but they will treat you with dignity and respect that you deserve. I am not guaranteeing any VIP
