Extremely impressive customer service! I have banked with Chase several years, but this location makes me want to continue to be a client for many more years to come. This location has wonderfully taken care of me and my family business. I have had the pleasure with working with Myesha twice now and she has taken care of me with such poise, professionalism, and kindness. I was super impressed today as I arrived a little bit early (before opening hours) and they were ready to go and got me in and out all before official opening. I was greeted with a very positive attitude even though it was technically early. I appreciate the wonderful customer service, highly recommend talking to Myesha, and am super thankful to this location that is family-business-friendly!

I’ve had issues with their ATM freezing or not releasing money and all you can do is call the 1-800 number where they will tell you there is nothing wrong with their atm because it has special sensors that would alert them should anything go wrong.

I am moving back to okc and I been doing bussines with Chase for 10 years now in Nola and I can't wait too do business with Chase in okc

This is not a drive thru, only ATM and they were closed at 5:45pm

Mr. Floyd Alexander is the branch manager and a phenomenal manager at that. I previously went to a different branch off Classen and was unable to be helped by the staff there (for lack of effort or personnel not sure which) but came to this branch and was promptly greeted as soon as I walked in. As I waited in the tellers line, Mr. Alexander asked me if there was anything specific I was needing. He immediately handled my request and also apologized for the previous branch poor service. (which he did not need to do). This branch is not near my house but I will make the trip here specifically because of Mr. Alexander and his outstanding customer service and culture that he has created at this branch. Extremely impressed.

Warning warning warning I thought this place was a great place to hold money the customer service is awful I just don’t know who they are using I met some of the executives at the Keybiscayne hotel Miami and I didn’t say anything at the time Very nice people down to earth but the customer service Is awful .pa not at the bank . Customerservice when you call 800-number

I've tried establishing credit over 4 yrs. Everytime you call no one has an answer. But quick to flood mailbox and emails to apply and dropped my score everytime and denied

Not a drive through with bank services. Only a walk up ATM & then an ATM for cars.
