Bank of America Financial Center N Robinson Ave, Oklahoma City

This Bank is Awful. I walked in because the doors were unlocked at 8:59. They told me to wait by the door for a minute. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. My husband and I have been banking with them for years and I have never felt so belittled. GO TO A DIFFERENT BANK!

I wish I could give this bank below 1 rating. unfriendly staff, stupidity to the core. I assume when an appointment is made at 2, being a bank you honor and start it at 2. I waited 20 mins just for someone to speak to me. Worst branch ever. All that waiting and 0 result. She asks me the date I applied for my ssn. Wow, if this review is being read by bank of america customer relation. you guys should seriously consider reorganizing/staffing this branch. I wish I could sue for my lost time

Great building, the only problem was the attitude this rep had. She was rude and old about 95 with grey poofy hair. I get it she is old but you can at least be nice to customers that have been with you for a long period of time. Was already having a rough morning but she made it even worse with her snappy comments.

This bank is not for anyone.. they close my account for no reason. They couldn't give me a reason why. And won't let me have my check that was deposited in my account!!! Now my electric getting shut and rent can't pay that either bc they can't give me my money at this time... The bank is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed been there on 5/1/2019 at this branch of Bank of America. Dalton really helped me out and he was very professional.

Actually a zero star! The absolute sorriest branch of any bank! BOA has already gone down hill tremendously of late. This branch takes it to an entirely new low. Poor branch leadership which shows in i professionalism and rudeness. Unfortunately there are few bank choices. Best bet is credit union now for national access or maybe Wells Fargo. Chase is great for regional.

Don’t make an appt thinking you’ll be seen right away or that you’ll have priority over walk-ins. I am super busy with law school & work so every minute is super valuable. They do not honor appts & still make you wait (sometimes over 30 minutes past your appt time). The check-in representative’s response to me was, “sorry...” Maybe they need a new scheduler or representatives with better time-management skills. I will be going to the downtown location from now on.

Why would anyone put an atm inside a building and close that building; thus, making the atm unaccessible on the weekends? This is a stupidly flawed design and it makes me wonder how Oklahomians who have boa deposit or withdraw cash on the weekends.

Convinient location for those who work near by. The staff are friendly and helpful. I haven't had issues with this location. Oklahoma City Local Guides

ATM is inside, not available 24 Hours. (Security acted like I was there to rob the place when I walked in just after 6pm)
