Imagine renting a banquet hall for over 300 people and the music down the hall is so loud that it disrupts your entire program. Pathetic.

All banks are pretty much alike, I mean they all perform pretty much the same function. They accept deposits, and pay a little interest, provide checking Services, make loans, sales certificates of deposits, sell mortgages, and some provide Trust Services. If you're looking for a good bank, this one looks pretty good.

Being able to utilize the street view option has greatly improved my confidence and self worth to ensure the high probability of completing said task in a timely fashion by being able to visually confirm my destination.

Very disappointed that you keep the doors open during this crisis. My thoughts are you could protect your employees saftey if only customer interaction happened through the drive through windows. Do the right thing for all concerned.

The most unprofessional, uncaring, deplorable customer service of any bank in the OKC metro for business banking. Avoid this banking institution at all costs if your business needs involve any level of online banking, remote deposit, merchant services or the most basic banking services. Be prepared to suffer through weeks and even months of delays and arbitrarily made-up road blocks, wasting inordinate amounts of your time trying to chase down anyone who will provide you with the ability for your business to operate even the simplest forms of business banking, all while receiving the most glib responses to your inquiries that are met with complete indifference and apathetic fecklessness. Save yourself a world of frustration and use ANY other bank.
