They opened 10min late. 8 people waiting outside then they open and only 1 teller. On top of operate they delayed on helping simple withdrawal took 20min

Most incompetent customer service ever. The banker, (an older Persian or Armenian lady) could not even help me with the simplest task or provide me with a phone number for someone from customer service to help me. She should be fired. Went to Beverly Hills & the banker went above & beyond to assist me.

They asked me for a 2nd form of ID to get $3600 withdrawal. I showed ID then showed my credit card with picture for secondary ID, then they asked for my debit card after showing them secondary. The manager spent a long time looking over my account before over-riding whatever it was the bank teller was needed. As a former bank teller I can’t believe how long I had to wait and what I went through to get money out of my own account when I had my valid unexpired ID. The manager should’ve been much faster than 20 minutes to decide to over ride my transaction.

Very nice location. It is right on the corner of Ventura Boulevard and De Soto Avenue. It has drive-through ATM’s. Plenty of parking lot. The store inside is very clean and organized at the staff very helpful and eager to help. I was in and out of this branch very quickly completing my transactions. The staff again are very nice and always smiling and very friendly I recommend everyone to go to this location. Thank you very much for the good work you do in our communities.

I got a old General Mills job on my desk so I invested assignment of Jo Holding management and advertising company. Part-time affiliate stole my card problem replacement card need no wear to live.

Overall - Worst. Branch. Ever. While there are helpful people, the tellers specifically, overall branch employees are poorly trained, refuse to offer alternatives or have the ability or understanding to take customer service seriously as their answer to everything is "it's on the App". On Saturdays, you'll get "our system is down, go on the App." And I've been there several Saturdays and the "system" is always down. Go elsewhere. Run.

This is a very new Chase location. I'm always greeting by a bank manager even if I'm just there to use the ATM. It's very clean - I feel rich just being there in person. Also their ATM are state of the art touch-screen terminals with better cash deposit and withdrawl features.

Prompt customer service with transfer and international wire assistance. Very friendly, comfortable business environment. Knowledgeable courteous staff with efficient coordination to promptly complete tasks.
