Dishonest team. Martin Cicero in specific is a dishonest man and was asking me to supply him with information that was fraudulent in order to qualify for a loan - further, he pressured me into filing a tax return that was incomplete in order to obtain a loan. I explained to him that I was not comfortable doing so as I had not received my K-1s. The entire team is slippery and shady - be very cautioned dealing with this.

Shout out to Keith and Lupe who helped me out while traveling. I needed a document notarized and they were so friendly and accommodating- wish they were my home branch! Thanks again!

I am a long-time Chase client originally from Chicago (where you can throw a rock and hit a Chase bank) and after moving to South Carolina I opened a business and wanted to open all business accounts through Chase which they only open in person. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Chase branch for 258 miles, but the promotional offers at the time were good enough that I decided to make the trip down to the closest Neptune Beach branch and I wasn't disappointed. I spoke with Michael on the phone on the way down who, after our chat, called around to ensure they were the closest branch and that I wouldn't hit too much traffic based on my arrival time and then called me back to let me know. Larry Walter was extremely professional, thorough and helpful and took excellent care of me. If I ever have to do anything in person ever again, (hoping not) before they open branches in Charleston, this would be my home base :)

I’ve been with Chase Bank for almost 10 years now but this is by far the best branch I’ve ever been to . Professionalism , efficiency and reliability are the key qualities they offer . Thank you to Keith , Stephen , Lupe and Larry for the phenomenal experience !

Keith is Such an Amazing Banker I ever met ! He is very professional, knows what he is doing , knows how to assist clients and knows how to make customers satisfied. I deal with different banks on daily basis and have a good foundation on what to expect from a bank. I’ve been a chase customer for a long time and have had my share of experiences, both good and bad. It’s bankers like Larry, who are truly few and far between, that keep me a customer. He makes his customers feel valued and goes above and beyond. Top notch customer service, fantastic product knowledge, and amazing follow through. I hope management takes note and uses Larry as an example of what an outstanding banker should be!

Not professional approach. Branch manager Keith D. Robey was very pushy. He himself likes to talk a lot about what he does not understand and does not want to listen to arguments. It looks like this branch doesn't need new business clients. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here.

I love Chase and specifically this location. My 4 year old and I visited and he (weak stomachs beware) threw up on the floor unexpectedly. They were so gracious about it and refused to let me clean up or even help. They took over completely and were concerned for my son. That goes beyond good banking. In addition, they always make you feel important and service is very quick.
