No one seems to care about customer at this branch. Kearny branch has much better experience. I went to this branch today and she asked to fill the bottom of mortgage statement which is used when i mail by check. Never before with any other branch or other bank i have been asked to fill some form to make the mortgage payment. Staff is just very unfriendly in this location. They work exaclty like NJ DMV.

This bank used to have great, knowledgable, professional, and customer service oriented employees, bankers, tellers... everyone was great. Unfortunately this is no longer the case... They couldn't even open up a simple bank account without taking almost 2 hours and still doing it incorrectly. Avoid this branch if you can.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Worst service in the world. Worst branch I’ve ever seen. Laziest tellers in the world want to do anything but their job. Please close this branch or rehire the entire dam staff.

Been sitting in line for 40 minutes at the drive thru. I have a business to run i cant be wasting so much time here. They only have 2 out of 3 lanes open and no sense of urgency... line is all the way around the building.

Poor customer service. Manger doesn’t know what she is doing. She rejected my real ID. ( I travel Internationally with that ID) Unacceptable.

After decades of being a chase customer I have experience the worst costumer service today. I needed to change coins to cash and when I got there the place was empty with only two tellers at the front desk. Apparently, one of them was new to this branch which was the one that was assisting me. She seemed to be nervous and did not greet me with professionalism. She then proceeded to count the money which according to her calculations I was 2$ short. This process seem to have taken her more than expected and the line was building up. Customers were complaining and even someone who was trying to use the drive thru came in because she has been waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance. The person in charge at the bank by the name of Lisa tried to apologize but was not too professional either. She then looks around and looks at the associate who was dealing with me to tell me that next time I MUST call before going to get coins in cash. I was in odd to hear her say that. How about your branch considers to having more help especially on a Friday after work. Lisa shame on you for absolutely not being able to deal with your customers in a professional way.

Every time I come in the store it’s a song and a dance. I have been with Chase for 15 years and a business account for two years. I feel like every time I come in they tell me something different one time they got confused would give me money and I had to wait two hours for them to make sure it was right. I just got $100 in coins for my business and they don’t even have a plastic bag to give me to carry the coins out. it’s ridiculous I definitely need to find a new bank

This is the worse bank. My mother, who is 72 years and has trouble walking, needs to get a statement of a closed account. They will only give it to her if she comes in and would not leave it for me, her daughter, to pick it up. Customer service is terrible!!! Get your money out of these branches quick!!!

I was in a rush and did not need to use the branch and could of withdrawn money from the ATM which had no line. I went in to get money and possibly quickly get information on a small business loan. DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DILLY DALLY!! lol.. I asked a few quick questions to Filandia (Please excuse spelling) and Hector. They quickly gave me information while I was withdrawing money from the teller. They told me exactly what I needed to know without giving me the whole song and dance! That is the complete opposite interaction a banker and customer usually have!! Thank you for quickly and accurately giving me the information I needed! It was very helpful and appreciated!! I wish more people including myself would have this type of interaction every time using any bank! Thank you Filandia and Hector!!!
