I had a pretty complex situation and the team at BoA took such good care of me. Sorted out an account perfect for my situation and were so friendly and helpful. Kelvin in particular went above and beyond but the whole team were fantastic. Definitely recommend this branch to anyone

The associate helped in opening a credit card account for my wife and making my account a joint account. Cashiers are super helpful and courteous. Drive through works ninety percent of the time . Good place

Very slow, unprofessional and inexperienced workers . More than 45 min with one client it and not t finished yet. We are here more than hour and lady just came to us. I hate BoA

I had a situation with the Rutherford branch today and left a horrible review a few hours ago but as I am sitting here I realized that I have to praise the North Arlington branch for what the Rutherford branch neglected to help me with today ! I was lied to and dismissed by the not only the teller but the manager as well at the Rutherford branch . Leaving there pretty upset I decided to drive two towns over to this branch as one last shot for Bank of America before I notified corporate . I was greeted by Charles who was exceptional and was able to help me with no obstacles ! Thank you Charles! The Rutherford branch should sit by you and learn a few things about customer service !

The North Arlington branch is really going downhill. I was just there, a FRIDAY morning, and there were 7 people in line and ONE teller. Not his fault, he was as fast as he could be. And rhis is not the first time this happened. But come on!! Where's all this customer service they tout?? Don't they know Kearny Bank is now open right across the street? ???

There is a rear customer parking spot that makes it really convenient in case you need to go in. The service is good. Wait times can be long on Saturdays.
