I love all the tellers at this bank. They are so helpful and friendly. I have also had wonderful experiences with bankers in opening my business account and when I had issues with my card. Truly a small town feel!

Worst bank in Nevada County. I'm a semi Pro Trader. My account Got banned!!!

I would never bank here again. I regret ever opening an account.

2 months ago, I cancelled my autopayment on the credit card account but apparently they did not cancel it at all. And now they charged my bank account the whole amount due but I don't have enough money for it, so i got an overdraft pending on my bank account. And that customer service agent who assisted me said it was my responsibility to follow up to make sure that the auto payments was off. I am so mad right now. I'm going to pay all the payment needed as soon as possible and I am going to close my account with chase. They don't care about their customers! Chase sucks! Their fees are very high and customer service sucks!!! Do not get any credit cards from CHASE. They will suck all the money out of you with their fees!

Very long waits to see a banker. Overall incompetent and rude service. Other branches of Chase bank are so much better.

Chase will not cash a check from one of their customers to a payee for over $2500. I don't care what their idiotic policies are. That is absurd.

Chase has been my bank since the 80s living on the East Coast, never a problem. Banking by the website, depositing checks by phone is a breeze.

This bank has taken such good care of me and my partner. I was at a local credit union because I thought it would be friendlier, more familial, more flexible and less costly. The people at the CU front desk were wonderful but the policies they had to adhere to we're archaic and had these poor women apologizing for them all the time. I switched to this Chase branch and have never looked back. For $25 per month I can have all the accounts I need, and no over draft fees, no transfer fees, and no stress when my bank account gets low. They are more flexible and don't require my ID when I am talking with a teller I know. On top of this the online and iOS app interface is useful, user friendly, fast and low-friction. They ROCK. I highly recommend!

Rude customer service. Ashley should work in a prison not a bank. Take a job in customer service then make sly remarks that insinuate she is smarter than you. Large national chain lost site of its customers in my opinion
