Chase Bank W Broad St, Richmond

Customer service wasn’t good. Charged me extra fees and a longer process for a money order than any other chase bank I’ve been to. Almost made me want to switch banks. Avoid this place. This bank actually went back and charged me another service fee a day later. Rude and unprofessional.

Excellent courteous staff. Eric Garcia was most helpful to my Spanish speaking wife. Paige Azu was also very helpful.

Superb courteous knowledgeable efficient well-spoken patient JP Morgan CHASE banking staff- I’ve been to two others but this one is the best one for me. Mr Johnny Williamson is a PRIVATE CLIENT BANKER & Assistant Vice President & he is educated in Economics. He helped me with a difficult Banking situation. He gets the job done first & does not get sidetracked. He has a personable manner & is on top of it. His explanations are lucid & he possesses for me excellent communication skills for all ages. He comes across as culturally-aware. Ms Karlene M Holness is the Vice President & Branch Manager who has a wealth of experience in banking as a District Manager in an urban fast-paced high-tech major US city. She is kind, knowledgeable, patient, well-spoken & very courteous & humble. Eric is a teller & rep who also exhibits a sharp mind & friendliness & patience. He helped me with a complicated deposit. Ms Lacey is I believe a banking rep who greeted me when I entered & found out my situation that brought me to this lovely spotless JP Morgan CHASE Bank. She’s patient & very courteous & knowledgeable & handled my questions well- She’s also a good listener & personable. Obviously the hiring manager has brought efficient, thinking, knowledgeable employees on board to this new JP MORGAN CHASE Branch in WILLOW LAWN in Richmond, VA at 5205 West Broad St. Lovely convenient parking here for CHASE bank patrons. These employees are NOT fledglings (Novices) & can handle stressful situations & people from my observations. It’s not so close to my domicile but always worth the trip. Ask for their business cards. I highly recommend the WILLOW LAWN Branch over the other ones.

Do not waste your time with this extremely unprofessional branch of Chase Bank. It is extremely hard for me to travel as a wheelchair vet and I wish I had not wasted my time. The 1st time I went in and spoke for over an hour with representative P. I was told she would contact me the next day after some research. Didn't hear anything for a month. I went back in and spoke with representative L. For over an hour and was told the same thing and once again no follow through for a month. Each time I asked to speak with the manager I was told she was too busy to help. Every time I visited there seemed to be a long line of disgruntled clients waiting. A little bit advice for this Branch "no" is the 2nd best answer you can give somebody.. Don't tell a client something you can't follow through on ,even if you cannot help.. simply state the fact. This branch will be the reason I cancel everything with Chase.

Perfect location and great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff that will take time to explain everything to you clearly and patiently.

These people are slow all they doing is standing around talking it took me an hour and 20 minutes to open an account this is ridiculous
