Cory Diggs and the Brightleaf Mortgage team were a pleasure to work with. Upon my first call with Cory, I explained my family and work situation with being a full time entrepreneur and he immediately provided solutions to get the process rolling for us to receive a loan to purchase our investment property. Cory was diligent, efficient, responsive always and really took a genuine care in the process. The buying/application process happened over the holidays, but that did not hold anything up with getting things done. We appreciate Cory's professionalism and care to help us make this endeavor. As a real estate professional, I have worked with a lot of mortgage companies and Brightleaf surpasses many of them. Derrick and James were awesome! Derrick was available day and night to answer my questions. Processing, Approval and Closing were all handled efficiently and quickly. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend them to my clients.

The entire Brightleaf team was excellent to work with, and very attentive to our needs. Everything was processed promptly, and they were able to answer all of our questions. We even got a follow up call after we closed just to make sure we got into our new home and didn’t need anything additional. If we ever go through the home buying process again, we will only use Brightleaf. You feel like you are their only client, unlike many of the other mortgage companies in the area.
