Chase Bank US, Lawrenceville

What a great experience! I never have any complaints when I get to this location, but today was noteworthy. I had accidentally left my debit card at home and was still able to proceed with my transaction. Andrew, Brian and I not only had entertaining conversations, Andrew recommended a place for me that would help solve my mechanical issue. 10/10 experience with these two exceptional bank tellers!

Went to Chase on Saturday for an appointment originally Matthew but he was not there. As soon as I entered the branch, I was greeted by Karen Grant who was so friendly and eager to help. Throughout the entire interaction, she was so friendly, funny, and personable. If you have to go into this branch, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Karen. You won’t regret it, she’s great!

This is my go to Chase. Everyone is very helpful and nice and didnt talk down to me when my balance went negative. I only go to this Chase when I go into a bank.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Regina has helped our business numerous times. She is efficient and knowledgeable.

There's a reason they have a 4-star rating despite being a local bank office. I can only speak to my particular interactions with Dania, but she was excellent. She was understanding from the get go, and struck the fine balance between informing me of my options and being pushy. Throughout it felt like she was fighting on my side, trying to get the best deal for me. Wouldn't go to another Chase if I'm even remotely in the area :)

2nd time I’ve had a bad experience.. they are rude and ask too many personal questions and don’t get anything resolved for me
