    We had absolutely no issues with this BOA center. A couple of times we withdrew money, and today I was here to make some changes to my account that weren't allowed to be modified through the mobile app. All associates and advisors were nice and helpful. I'm glad to have this center nearby.

    If I could give zero stars I would.I work from home and use this bank weekly for my business account. Literally every time that I go into this location there is a long line. They only have one teller and multiple people standing around talking. This location has no sense of urgency nor care for customers time. If it wasn’t for the fact that the bank is right around the corner from my home I would never come back. This location needs all new management/training.

    My husband never uses his debit card at merchants and about once every 6 months he uses it to withdraw funds using this BOA atm. At the end of Aug he used his debit card at this location to withdraw funds and by mid September there were fraudulent charges amounting to $400 within 2 days. Fortunately, we were able to open claims with BOA customer service. I called the branch to inform them that they may want to check their drive up ATM machines and her response was "well no other customer came in with that complaint ". People who put skimmers on machines are not fools and their goal is to go undetected with allowing for time to pass and only hit a few people from the same area to not raise a red flag. I am someone who graduated with my Masters with a minor in Forensics and Fraud Accounting and I would have thought the bank managers would have at least heeded the warning. Please be careful using this branch for your banking needs.

    The only complaint I have is I didn't know this branch was there. No signs in front of the Mercer Mall. I wish I knew earlier. I had a great experience with the teller and the manager. They were really busy, long line.- the manager was trying to help customers to the ATM and have their paperwork ready. I felt bad as everyone was so mean to her & yelling because they were mad to wait. I heard some people say they didn't even have an account. Tying up the line instead of going to their own bank. FEEDBACK- Bank of America should STOP cashing checks for people who don't bank there. That should be a service for customers only especially if you are only going to have 1 teller. . At one point someone was so nasty I'm surprised she didn't cry. Not sure how she kept her smile. I was going to write this review no matter what- but after reading some of the others, I felt compelled. It was a great experience & I will be going back there. I just hope it is not as busy every day.

    I came to this center at the afternoon of 4 Sep 2018, but experienced extremely poor custom service ! Nobody served me in the beginning. I had to find a person myself. I turned to the first room on the right side after I entered the center. A female worker sat there. She was reluctant to help me in the beginning. I explained the problem for my account. She started to blame me. I told her that I was not familiar with the bank policy. After one moment, she tried very hard to persuade me to call the online agent. I insisted to let her save me out. She then started to blame me again. Extremely disappointing ! I will close all my bank of america accounts just because of her bad service !

    Horrible experience here many times. I usually come just for cashing checks and NEVER they can do it normal way... always wasting time and have to go to another place to finish their work... Horrible HORRIBLE Horrible. If you value your time better drive to Ewing facility on Olden Ave, even though sometimes you may have to stay in line there you will receive professional service not like here..

    Absolutely unhelpful! All they say is call customer service and we dont know! Then why are you there? As a business customer I will not recommend this branch at all..no one there knows anything! Worst branch EVER.

    I'm surprised about the negative reviews of this branch. My experience was very different. I needed a "signature guaranteed" stamp to prove my identity to open a TreasuryDirect account. Two other Princeton area BofA branches had either claimed they did not have this particular stamp or were not allowed to provide the service. One even referred me to a nearby PNC bank branch! I decided to try one more time at this branch today, with little hope of success. Thankfully, there was Financial Center Manager Lisa Fritts. She immediately knew what I needed and promptly handled the request. A real professional! So five stars for this branch, in my book. BTW: I also don't get the comment about the cashiers having "attitude." Saw nothing of the like.

    Horrible customer service. There’s a line of 30 people and only two tellers - who take their sweet time assisting people. This is the slowest Bank of America that I’ve ever been to!

    I recently came into this financial center and I was greeted by a African-American guy who must have been one of the Representatives there. When I first arrived I was immediately told, “what is up..” What a introduction! I proceeded on by telling him the problems I had with my account. He didn’t seem to care! He totally ignored my initial problem but instead asked me about applying for another credit card. Customer service was poor....
