Temporarily closed 1/22/22. Why should I bank with a giant like Chase if I'm not getting the access to their services they should be able to easily provide?

I had to go into the bank to address some issues with overdraft fees. I had to wait a while for a service agent to help me, and then the branch manager stepped in to help. He solved my issues without any delay. This was customer service beyond expectations! I was really surprised and impressed. Chase will continue to have my business and I will even bring some of my other loans to them. Thank you Sir, I forgot to get your name.

Very professional staff like you would expect in a 1st class bank. Always treated well and get excellent prompt service.

They think they're "doing you a favor" giving you your own money. I do not recommend this bank.

Everything is great AT THE BANK but getting online with these goofy passwords is a disaster. And I mean disaster.

We asked for help with notary service, specifically to ask the notary to come to the handi-capable space to notarize something for my parent who had recently gotten out of the hospital. She has strength and mobility issues temporarily. Even though the Chase notary was sitting, not actively working at the moment, and could have put the materials on a wheeled cart, he refused. He refused even though my family members are long-time customers of Chase (and most specifically this branch) and would have been willing to make an appt at his convenience. He clearly did not care about Seniors who are Chase customers on fixed incomes as he suggested that they could pay for someone to come to the house (free bank notary service as a reward for being an account holder or $89.00+ for a mobile notary?). Chase gave really poor service in this instance.

They have 1 personal banker here on a Saterday. When someone works Monday-Friday 8-5, it makes it very difficult to handle your banking business. Very annoying to have to sit here for 45min to have to wait, when the tellers are just hanging out talking about Harry Potter.... No good service here!!! Waste of my Saterday.

Smiles all the way around. Always helpful, wonderful people and free coffee or sucker for my son. Chase is doing something right as I run into this pleasant atmosphere wherever I go and whoever I interact with.

Great office. I drive a bit farther just to visit Danny. He moved from another building and I followed. Great customer service and I always get professional assistance. Thanks Danny!

The worst service and they charge $8 to cash a check.
