I have been a Chase customer for many years. Their customer service is exceptional. As a financial institution I find them second to none.

Very poor service .... I called to transfer my Slate card balance to a new offer for 0% on a Freedom card. Was told that I can’t transfer one account balance to another new account. I ask myself ... why am I even banking with Chase after all these years . I guess they want me to do my banking at a different bank. Just can’t believe such poor service in times like today. Is it time to transfer all my accounts now to Wells Fargo.

I came in with a bunch of banking issues. I had 2 cases of fraud and my business card was falling apart, needing to be replaced. During the time of Covid, it is hard to get good face to face customer service. Carma Tew was my personal banker today and made this difficult and stressful situation go smoothly as possible. Bankers like her are the reason I bank my business at Chase. Face to face banking may be more rare, but it is still important.

i have a chase credit card and receive an attractive offer to open a checking account. Went to this branch Signed in and waited....and ..... Waited. Not like it was busy, there were more employees than customers. No one offered any assistance so I finally left. No wonder they have to pay people to open new accounts.

Love going to this location, everyone is always very friendly. Madison helped me today, she was super efficient & helpful

F'ing horrible. Will never use this branch again. Actually contemplating changing banks entirely over my experience here. Can't believe Chase thinks this level of customer service is ok or doesn't appear to look at online reviews for it's branches and make any corrections.

Chase branches are simply refusing to answer their phones. I tried 6 times in a row and got the same voicemail telling me to call later or to call the main 800#. More of that “exceptional Chase service” they keep talking about.

I was with Bank of America for over 25 but the customer service got so bad here in the Ahwatukee branch at 48th street and Ray Rd that I decided to switch to Chase about four years ago . Chase bank has been excellent in every respect .... customer service at the branch level is about as good as it can get ... online devices , bill pay , check deposits by phone ...all of it works well . I did keep a few accounts at B of A until just a few months ago and found that the few times I did go into their branch , the same lousey customer service remained . . So happy I switched to Chase ( six checking accounts for personal and LLC’s , car lease and a Heloc )

My Favorite Chase Branch in the Valley and I deal with many of them. The people here are so positive and helpful. Especially now during this time! Shout out to Rory and his team!

I have been with Chase Bank Chandler branch for 10 years. The service is punctual, courteous, and 99% without complications; this includes all departments from savings to home loans, from simple savings to setting up LLC's. This is the best service bank that I have ever dealt with.
