Chase Bank Cortez Rd, Bradenton

I love Chase. Just please avoid this branch. The staff have no idea what they are doing. Two hours and thirty minutes to open a business account, and still with lots of issues I had to have fixed at another much better branch in Lakewood Ranch.

This is by far the worst Chase bank that has ever existed. It’s the only one within 20-30 min of my house and the atm is always down inside. There isnt one in the drive through.the parking lot also makes no sense at all.

What a joke of a bank. I remember when chase was amazing, now they are horrible. Lines out the door just to use the atm. I understand the virus going on but even before this their service has gone completely down the drain.

Opening an account at this bank or any CHASE bank would be the biggest mistake in your life. You will go through so much frustration that you will wish you never heard of their name. They will close your accounts, debit cards, credit cards for absolute no reason, no explanation, no warning. They will ruin your credit score and possibly your future in a blink of an eye, just because they felt it was the right thing to do. Hear my words and take my most honest warning that you stay away from this bank.

Mgt changed, service suffered. Now they don't even care to help you at the branch. they tell you to Go Online or call 1800 number. Other locations are waaay better.

Our business has an account with chase. We no longer use deposit slips so if we need change or bills they refuse unless the employee has the account number,. I can go to 3/5 bank and they are always helpful and try to help. Too bad the bank we actually use doesn't have this caliber of customer service

Cannot get a live person on phone, always says assisting other customers, yet if you go to the bank and need to speak to someone, they tell you that you need appointment and it's usually a couple of days. I need service when I need service!

Called this branch to open an account and even though their lobby wasn't open due to COVID restrictions, they referred me to one that was. I spoke with Corina (Karina?), who was super friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to get through to the other branch for several hours, but Corina went the extra mile to email the manager, call me back to check in, and make sure I was taken care of. Made my day.

Nina has been amazing with handling my account and watching over me and my families assets during the COVID-19 crisis. I cannot express my gratitude enough in her caring personality and willingness to help when we need it most. I’ve switched banks many times over the years but I believe my money has found a permanent home safe in the hands of the caring employees of Chase bank. Thank you for all you do Nina! You have been a godsend to us. :) **Update: This review dropped to 1 star as I close my accounts out with Chase and cancel my direct deposits. After 2 months of attempting to get a replacement debit card after losing it in Tennessee I still haven’t gotten a replacement. Nina hasn’t been able to resolve his for some reason and neither has their card service hotline. Me and my husband have decided to stop doing business with Chase and wouldn’t recommend it to any of our friends. They have cost us hundreds of dollars in late fees in bill payments that could not be paid without a credit card or check. Thank you for your help in the past Nina, but our money is no longer safe at Chase bank.

I have called the branch on Cortez Rd in Bradenton, FL 15 times in the last 45 minutes and NOT ONCE did they answer their phone!!!!! All I get is a recording stating they are busy with other customers!!! What a lousy way to run a bank!!!!!
