Awesome place friendly very helpful and I've never had a bad experience with America super pawn except for one worker there whose name will stay unmentioned but he knows who he is. Other than that one individual great experience all around the board 6 years dealing with them

I arrived at 8:45 am. I was told they weren’t open in a very distasteful way. I instantly felt unwanted. Mind you this is pawnshop and not the Ritz Carlton. I was not expecting to be greeted with champagne. I patiently waited in my car for 9:00 am to strike. I walked in at 9:02 am. The gentleman with the pre- pubescent beard, again with a grotesque demeanor said “We aren’t ready!” what I was there for was to measure the size of my wives ring so I could purchase another one. They do not need your money here and it is apparent. As a businessman for 15 years, when a business opens everything should be set for the customer/ client. This is why people who are employed come in, to set up shop! I got back in my car and drove half a mile up the road to the competition. I was immediately greeted in warmth. I got the size I needed and without intending to buy anything, they sold me a beautiful ring and did not take more than 5 minutes. Will never return to America’s Super Pawn.

makes me mad sometimes but . They are like part of my family. I know everybody there we get mad at each other but makeup. all in all their good people. the owner is a good honorable man that cares about his business and customers. We have had our differences but work things out professionally.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a pawn shop. As soon as I entered I was greeted very nicely by Viviana and her manager Ana, I was helped by Viviana who was such a sweetheart and helped very much, informed me and my boyfriend about the layaways on the jewelry and how they have discounts. Definitely left more than happy and will be back for that jewelry!

This is the BEST store in Sarasota. I have been a customer for a very LONG time and I am always treated very well. I know everyone by name and they ALL go out of their way to assist me.
