Charter Title & Escrow N 117th St, Omaha

Very disappointed. We were closing on the sale of our home. We did not choose this company the buyers did. We had to pay the full amount on the closing fees, it was not split. We caught 3 errors on our closing documents, which could have resulted in a large loss of money due to their mistakes. They would not compensate us for their errors, basically said they were human. I would not recommend them.

Each department works really hard to accomplish each task. It's like a big family! Clients are taken cared of and each transaction is completed smoothly! I love Charter Tile & Escrow!

I have worked with Charter Title & Escrow on many transactions. My clients and I have always been well taken care of. They are true professionals and experts in their field! The closers explain documents at the closing table well and so clients can understand what they're signing. After 30+ transactions with them, I can say with all sincerely, I can't recommend them more highly! A++++

Had to communicate remotely. Service was quick. Had an issue out of state and they handled it beautifully with a sense of urgency. Highly recommend!

These guys worked great with us when selling our house. Definitely recommend, but watch out for the animals and poo on the sidewalk.

Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. Receptionist is very kind, never felt like a burden to her though I called a lot.... Rachel, my processor, was amazing. She made everything happen swiftly as my second party was from out of state and she had everything done within a couple hours of notifying her they were in town!!! Kind of like magic. Truly amazing group of people here. I would chose to have them in my corner any opportunity I could!

Never finalized the service. Had to call to get them to turn in deed info to government and was told I suppose I we can. Over 1 year after purchasing home. Lead to tax implications due to them not doing the job paid for. Mistakes happen but I was told “ I suppose we can” it’s a lot of emails and paperwork when asked to finish the job they were paid to do. But hey “title insurance has you covered” so that makes it okay.

This title company is lost. Please avoid at all costs. They have one secretary doing all the work so that when you ask her a question she is not really sure what happened. Not her fault, just understaffed. Here's just some highlights of my experience. Title company was off by 1800 dollars bank had to send refund, title company sent a check to our insurance company never was cashed or followed up on because sent to wrong address, closing date was pushed back by two days due to title company not communicating with bank. If you want to make buying a house even more of a headache use this company
