The office is in a great area and they have the BEST snacks for customers. The people who have posted reviews so far don't know how to spell either. Check your own spelling people. Mistakes do happen, be forgiving and kind.

The proceed of the Sale could have been deposited early when the Bank is open so the Customer is not going to going to guess when the money is going to be there The practice of wiring the money to the Bank almost by the end of the day is so wrong!Please change your practice Thank you

The Vintage office, the are very unprofessional! At the closing table, their employee don't even verify the documents name was spelling incorrect, just want the seller sign the documents but still have a pending issue want us to contact the lawyer. After signed, the buyer came to signed the paper, but I didn't get the money and no house because they told me it can't release the money until they hear from the lawyer to clarify. Carter Title Company hold the $100K since last Thursday 6/13 until today.

I came here to close on a house. Not the most obvious place to find, but you'll find it if you're making an effort. The people I interacted with at Charter Title Co. were quite nice. I didn't have any issues.

Very unprofessional!,at the closing table,their employee actually told me that "you look like you dont have a clue to what is going on" This was back in 2016 while purchasing my 1st home,now fast forward to today,i am now a investor with multiple properties,and because of the comment that was made during the closing,i will never use them again
