Got a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander today. Exceptional Experience from Lou. He was so friendly and made sure the buying process was swift and efficient. They literally didn’t charge any dealer fees and all the fancy fees most dealerships charge. I literally just paid sticker price. I couldn’t believe it. I was in and out in an hour. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was a pleasure to work with Lou, Curtis, and Brian. They were truly honest and very easier to talk to. They were also very patient. This was my first time buying a pre-owned vehicle. I not only bought one, but two cars from them. I highly recommend certified headquarters.

The salesman was really nice. However morales of the owner. Terrible. I went in to get a car for 6k but it was in the shop. 5 days later when it comes out they increase the price to 8k because demand went up yet I’m looking at other dealers selling newer models for that price. Talk about price gouging. UPDATE: Just checked the site again a week later and they have now lowered the price back down. I may not know everything about the car industry, but raising a price of a car someone is interested in for 1 week and than dropping it back down a week later is not how you do business.

My experience at Certified HeadQuarters was such a delight. I drove all the way from PA because Brian was very helpful. He answered all my questions, stayed in touch to make sure I had the things needed to get my car, and he is very educated in his job. I'm happy with my vehicle. Did business with Brian and Lou. They were racist, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Random prices, horrible communication. Fraud and scam. Be aware of this place. My car is broken after 2 weeks.

We spent some time looking for a used car. We live in Manhattan and haven’t needed or wanted one. We went to a couple of dealers close to home and did not love the experience. We went to see Brian at Certified Headquarters on a strong recommendation and could not be more pleased. He has great inventory in a variety of price ranges and is a straight shooter. There was no pressure to make a purchase and Brian patiently answered all of our questions. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. All of my previous vehicles were purchased used from individuals. Brian made the process seamless and gave us a really fair price. We bought a 2014 model that looked like it just came off the factory floor. It is pristine. So pleased with the car and the experience.

Certified Headquarters is legit. Brian and Lou are the best around when buying a certified pre-owned car. I have bought two cars from here and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided me. I showed up with cash for down payment and they got me in the car I wanted right away. They can get you approved no matter what your credit looks like. Brian and Lou were so helpful when we came in with our family looking for a used SUV. We needed something large enough for playdates and carpools and Brian took the time to show us plenty of options and let us take as many test-drives as needed. He was patient with our young children (7 & 6) and even gave them tee-shirts! The paperwork and financing was painless (everything was done in-house). I will definitely recommend Certified Headquarters to all my friends and family who are looking for a reliable pre-owned vehicle.

My wife and I just purchased a pre-owned Chevy Silverado from Certified Headquarters. Brian was extremely helpful and a true professional, he took the time to carefully explain the truck and all the financing and added paperwork. It was a great experience and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Stay away from these people. They don't even do basic maintenance on their vehicles. One of the salesmen, named Lou, told me that they never change spark plugs unless they stop working - this when anyone with even the most basic knowledge of cars knows that spark plugs must be changed around 15,000 miles or engine damage can occur. Clearly these guys cut corners to save a few bucks. Typical used car dealers.

What a wonderful experience buying a vehicle. No pressure sales, very helpful & knowledgeable. Lou, my salesman, let me take my time and made sure I was leaving in something I felt comfortable with. Came from the DC area to buy a truck from Brian. I had done my research beforehand and knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. After working out the particulars on the phone, I arrived at the dealership and was treated like a valued customer. The paperwork was all filled out, the truck was detailed and Brian spent as much time with me going over anything I wanted/needed to know about the vehicle. He even followed up twice to check on me and make sure I was still happy! It was well worth the trip to deal with Brian and CHQ. If you ever have a chance to visit there please do so it’s a great place with a ton of cool cars for wlevery taste. I Would definitely buy from them again.

I would like to thank Lou at Certified. This is my second car purchased from Lou. I am planning to buy my dream car from him as well. If you want a specific car he will find it. Used cars totally inspected are the way to go. Especially in today's auto industry. As a woman this is the most wonderful and professional dealership i have ever encountered. My experience I had dealing with Brian and Team was outstanding for the simple fact I live in Hawaii and the assistance that was given to purchase a vehicle for my son, who is attending Stony Brook University, was nothing less than worry free and gave me a sense of care and understanding. I cannot say enough as to the great experience we had while shopping and purchasing a car from Certified Headquarters. I took my daughter there to start her search to buying her 1st car. Our salesman was Lou & he was absolutely amazing. He asked her what types of cars she was interested in and her budget. He took the time to explain to her the different types of vehicles w/in her budget and which ones would be best in the price range she was looking for. He never tried to show her something that was more expensive than she wanted to spend or push a car on her to get the sale. He even said if she didn’t see what she was looking for that they can find her the vehicle she wants in her price range or to check back because they’re always getting new cars delivered. I was very impressed, most places will try anything to get you to not leave w/out buying something, so talk about no pressure!! She found a vehicle she loved and then we dealt w/ Brian for the financing. He too went over & beyond to get her a rate that would be low enough and w/in her budget so she would be able to purchase the car, which for a 1st time car buyer & someone w/ barely any credit was not an easy task to get! Both Lou & Brian were awesome, They were honest, trustworthy, and do their best for the customers! We couldn’t be happier, she loves her car and it never went over her budget. I will be recommending Certified Headquarters to all our family & friends and my husband will be needing a car in a few months and we will be heading straight back!

We had the best experience with Lou. Do not go to any other dealer before going to Certified Headquarters. First of all you get treated like family, secondly there are no grubby dishonest salesmen. You are not sold cars you are HELPED picking a car! BIGGGG DIFFERENCE. Most dealers and salespeople lie and up sell their cars and tack on exorbitant “fees” Not Certified Headquarters, what you see is what you get the price is what it is. They are transparent, and honest and Lou is very friendly has integrity. We had a most memorable experience that was smooth and stress free. I can’t say enough good things about him and his company. My wife found the truck she wanted with all the creature features she wanted here for the price she wanted too. Lou made it effortless and easy from the initial call on it, to leaving with a very happy wife. We called on it on a Wednesday and had everything set-up and flew out(West Michigan area) on Monday to pick it up. Very honest on everything with the truck and went the extra effort to make sure it was up for a 800 mile trip to its new home. Couldn't tell ya how it drives, the wife won't let me drive it, she's so in love with it.......

First time using this dealer. Let me start off by saying Lou was great and didn't feel the typical used car salesman pressure. They were up front and no hassle or pressure to purchase the extras like most dealers. I had to bring the car back for minor issue which they addressed immediately.
