TD Bank Smithtown Byp, Smithtown

What can I say? The entire team is wonderful. Wanda just recently spent a lot of time with my wife and I opening our business account. Some months ago she opened our personal account and I never had an issue. Victor is a very likeable manager and came over during the business account opening to give me some advice. Victor and Wanda are the two managers. Just visited the branch today and dealt with a very nice young lady (didn’t get her name). I’d recommend to anybody looking for honest and friendly bankers.

For a while there was no bank with such great Customer service as TD Bank and I would have given them 5 stars. However, I was in there recently and had to wait a long time in line for no apparent reason. I was the only one in line, and there were five TD employees in the bank, however there was only one employee teller for both the front of the bank and the drive-up window. He kept running back and forth, while I stood in line. Finally, one of the managers came to help.

Veterans beware....they do not help u at all when u are in limited mobility situations....also have an employee who finds it funny when you lost ur ID...stolen....he literally mocked me thru the drive window.....I call the store manager....which all he had to do was check the cameras....he then told me its not his problem and hung up on me....

Great bank. Quick service and very friendly staff who is always ready to help and get things done.

I wish I can rate them Zero. I came with my wife to open a bank account. I was discriminated in several ways. The customer service lady didn't even tell me any details about the TD bank offers. I had to ask her about what I saw in the internet and her answer was AHA! Like she is not in the mood to talk. Then she said your address is not in Smithtown and she refused to open it! I know TD is all over the states. I live in Hicksville and it is not that far from Smithtown where I work! She didn't even bother to ask me where you work. I don't have to start bagging her to open an account in Smithtown beacuse I work there!! Do YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DEAL WITH TD Bank ever.
