The person that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. My transaction was fast and easy

I just walked in to make a secure deposit of cash & spare change values. Upon entrance, I was informed by the teller to the far left with brunette hair, "that she can not accept change if it is not rolled or if it extends more then $10 dollars in change" . Per capital one policy, a customer is allowed to make any sort of money value deposit, as long as it is REAL towards their account of such. I have never heard of such a statement or rule of where "you can not accept change value of any sort or limit, that deposit into the customers account". I expect better service to other customers or myself, if I do decide to return here for customer service.

If you want to go play Simon says with your cashier, ask for Radhika. Apparently hiring is so difficult capital one lets their staff play games with you while trying to pay your bill in cash.

They helped me with stuff that I would never or could have access to a computer with and the staff is very helpful and friendly that they treat me as a member alright, that is a family member because they know me by name and always welcome me with a warm and friendly manner.

Are you open cause I have been there the past 2 days at 2pm and you were closed can you tell me your hours when you are open I need to make a deposit!

IF I CAN GIVE THIS BANK A 0 I WOULD. BY FAR WORST BANK & WHATS CRAZY FOR A MIN I WAS PRAISING THEM ON HOW THEY TOOK CARE OF CHARGES THAT I MADE BUT NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I PURCHASED BUT SHORTLY AFTER THEY PUT A RESTRICTION ON MY ACCT AND TOLD ME THEY WHERE NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH ME AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REASON WHY. THEN THE CREDIT CARD I HAVE W/ THEM, I ATTEPTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT AND INSTEAD OF THEM POSTING THE PAYMENT, THEY PUT A RESTRICTION ON MY CREDIT CARD SO I CAN'T DO NOTHING UNTIL THEY REMOVE THE RESTRICTIONS. NEVER IN THE 42 YEARS OF MY LIFE I HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH A THING ON MY CHECKING & CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. I CAN'T EVEN TAKE WHAT MONEY IS LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT. Never again will I ever use this bank for anything. BEWARE!!!!!

The hours online states at the drive-thru is open until ntill 1 PM and it is not. The bank closes to early. I visited the branch today at 12:30 PM and they were many other individuals trying to do their banking.

Radhika is by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered, absolute trash.

Today August 24 I walked into this bank to get a cashiers check with the cash advance on my credit card at 4:50 but because it would’ve taken so long for the teller to take care of me she claimed that my credit card chip malfunctioned and me being gullible walked out and called capital one and they told me that they could’ve tried numerous ways lesson learned but I will be sure to file more complaints against this branch

Racially biased!! Worst experience ever!! Will be filing a report with the Federal Reserve.
