Chase Bank Nesconset Hwy, Stony Brook

This bank really gave me a second chance when I went through a bankruptcy situation and not only was a just considered a member of their branch but one who was family. They even went the extra 10 miles to make sure I was not a victim of identity theft. They really know how to look out for customers there as if they were true family members.

Victor was super rude and refused to open a new account for us because it was “too late”. It’s 1:15, they close at 2pm. I’m sorry but it doesn’t take more than 45 minutes so stop being lazy and do what you’re being paid to do.

Deposited cash yesterday for the first time at this bank and it’s still pending... they told me it would show up by today and it’s still not here. Slow service and overall one of the most useless branches of chase bank

Very unprofessional! Michael Starr and this other lady told me they couldn't open a saving account for me because they were about to close and they don't pay them overtime!!

Worst service !! I wanted to get something notarized was told to wait until he was ready. Ten minutes later he is talking with another customer and helped her instead of me. I asked him how much longer since I’ve been waiting and he was extremely rude to me and said notaries are done in between clients even though I was there before the lady had shown up and waited 15 minutes !

PLEASE read the ratings before coming here. I didn't and had the pleasure of waiting outside in a drive-through that didn't have an ATM. It took them 10 minutes to process each car in line. The lady at the desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I went inside to use the ATM that was hidden in the corner it was some old machine that couldn't even read 10 bills at the same time. It will actually save you time to drive to a different Chase and use their ATM / teller. I've never reviewed a chase before because it's a Chase. I thought they were all the same, I was wrong. I hope this one shuts down soon and please don't transfer the staff...

The service is horrible!!!! I waited a half in hr in the drive thru and it took them 10 minutes to assist each person!!!! I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have to!!!!????

Really unprofessional and Worst service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
