Really bad service,i go there to pick up money my sister send from mexico,the stupid lady ask some questionswhen she ask for what my sister send the money and i answer for my mom ,becausr shes here visiting, she refuse to give the money saying my mom has to go for the money because we are making fraud.i was so mad i said how you dont have problem when people send thousands of dollars to paid to coyotes that really are stealing people.she was really bad as customer service,i never go back that stupid place.

They're hours says they close at 9pm.on Saturdays.. it's a Saturday 6.30pm and it's closed. Update your hours

I went to get a statement consent form signed to get notarized to get my daughter a passport and I had all my information and Id and they refused to notarize my documents. Even though I had my Id and had all the correct documents. They said they could not notarize it because my signature on my id did not look exactly like the the one on my id. Than they said if you were not looking at the person you were with and focused on signing the document you would not have messed up. They also said maybe you should go to another currency exchange because we don’t have to notarize your paperwork here. I guess they only sign off for certain people.They are very rude and unprofessional at this currency exchange.
