Let me first start off by saying I’ve been a raving customer for the last 4 years. I had my auto loan through them and they have been extremely easy to work with. Because of this, I convinced my husband to refi his truck with them as we could save on interest and they are so easy to work with. I sent in all the refi paperwork, we were approved and all was dandy. I made an appt to go into the bank to sign off on the documents only to be called hours before that they made a mistake and my interest rate was almost a percentage higher than originally quoted. Frustrated, i asked if they would still honor the original interest rate as I was already quoted and I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and have great payment history with my car loan through them (which I just paid off). They told me no because “people make mistakes” and if I want to move forward it’d be at the new interest rate. I explained I totally get people making mistakes, but this was a mistake made on the business and not one by me. Still no. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Sucks to think they ended a loyal good quality relationship on such sour terms.

Would not recommend this bank for personal or business use!! Since opening this account nothing has gone smoothly. I couldn't even activate the card they sent me in the mail! Today my atm card was swallowed by an atm machine. Took over an hour to get a human on the phone and this required calling all four of their numbers. The only good thing they have going for them is the bank manager at the Center St location. Don't open an account here, save yourself now and check out other credit unions.

I wish I would have know of CSCU before! Great customer service and such a blessing! They exercise common sense and compassion. I would recommend this CU to anyone! Ask for Angelina

Thus is the best bank I have ever been too great customer service and they don't charge monthly fees you only have to keep $5 in you savings account at all times

They are terrible a women told us to wait outside and that we can not give service to us they are terrible horrible service

Great service, no long waiting time like other banks.

Worst bank. Do not go here for your banking needs. 1. Only 2 in town 2. Scam you out of money. You make a purchase and try to transfer money from savings to checkings to cover the purchase and coincidentally the online App does not let you do it or " its not working" so then they charge you overdraft of $30.. ITS A SCAM. Happened to me twice. They will NOT waive the fee 3. Then they tell you you can only transfer a * few* times a month. Really? I can only transfer MY money from savings to checking a *few* times a month.. She couldn't even tell me how many times. .. 4. You get any kind of big check to deposit and they question them like youre some criminal trying to scam them.. 5. You get treated VERY differently when you have $50000 in your account as opposed to $2000... We've noticed it several times when weve had both amounts. List goes on and on... Ive been banking with them 14 years and this is how they treat customers. I will be looking for a new bank ASAP.... Hands down WORST service from any bank.

There VERY HELPFUL and as long as I have been with them? THEY REALLY SHOW how MUCH THEY CARE for THEIR CLIENTS? THEYalso have PARTIES as well AS have GIVEAWAYS for US? ME MYSELF I haven't reached one of them yet but SOON? But the MOST IMPORTANT THEIR VERY CLEAN FACILITY,VERY MUCH LESS LINE WAITING AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?

I have had an absolute pleasure working with this bank, it's been such a blessing and I really appreciate the help and service I have received here.
