Bank of the West N El Dorado St, Stockton

Horrible Horrible service. Tellers are unprofessional and rude , slow. The moment you walk in you aren't welcome. Very unwelcoming bank. Have an hour or 2 on tour hands if you just need basic service at this bank. My worst decision was to open up an account at this bank. This place needs an overhaul immediately.

All BOTW branches suck anyway It went from overdraft fees To so called mobile fraud uh hello Ever heard of no banks aren't to big to fail anyway? This Stockton Branch closed my Checking account back in December 7th 2018 why because they though I was doing mobile fraud with them They don't give you nothing about how to wire transfer money from One person to another Oh wait you have to wait 5-7 business days in order for the check Money to clear through there banking computers Now the BOTW is still trying to threaten me with the IRS & government Saying that I owe them like $1,750.00 money when those checks were good real & legitimate money & BOTW is the 3RD world's largest bank in the world which banks with France itself I wouldn't trust or use BOTW anyway anymore there just as bad with Chase bank & Citi Bank Wells Fargo bank etc That's why i get my money from My us direct express ATM card anyway BOTW no more hassles excuses lies fables headaches migraines with Them anymore any longer BTW I didn't even legally rob the bank it was all considered legal anyway These bank tellers don't tell you squat & The relationship bankers are somewhat useful helpful in a way Current balance is $2,450.00 Available balance is $2,450.00 Negative balance is -$1,750.00 To bad to sad BOTW can't even negotiate with me on this Now they got me on financial probation for the next 2 years anyway With my credit score anyway How the bleep is that messed up for anyway people? We the people don't owe back nothing back to no banks it should be the other way around successfully in life Called free Money Its called reallocation of taxes by Senator Bernie Sanders Ok BOTW seriously honestly

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Just left that place and they have the rudest tellers! And the manager Carlos is the worst! He’s so rude! No customer service whatsoever! I have no clue how he’s the manager of a bank you should feel welcomed to be at! These people make me feel sick how they treat people.

Worse place to bank! Between the Manager Terry’s attitude/unprofessionalism and Them never having a reasonable answer for anything, you can save yourself the irritation and time by banking w. The Bof A or Wells Fargo in the area! After 10 yrs, Im taking my business elsewhere!
