    The people who work there are awesome and do everything to help out. But Central National Bank itself is a horible banking institution, that doesn't not keep there customers informed about current problems affecting their card or accounts. Once again I have no complaints on the worker there. Their(Central National Bank) systems just suck.

    I'm still happy with the services I receive from this bank, and the ITMs are really great and i use them all the time. The extended hours are extremely helpful.

    Don’t bother calling them for any type of services. Nothing ever gets cleared or answered by the phone reps. Always have to make a trip to actual location to get anything resolved. It’s exhausting and time consuming. I would suggest banking with a more professional bank with better trained employees.
