They will give you a fair price for the value of what you are offering and obviously always pitch the loan option for those who are strapped for cash at the moment. We have always simply sold for cash just to get the items out of our lives and the process is simple, the customer service is great, and it's very quick. As long as we live in the area we won't go anywhere else to sell anything we want to get rid of. Definitely recommend.

I had my first experience with a pawn shop at Heartland Pawnbrokers in Lawrence. Jordan, the manager, showed me that he genuinely values and respects other people’s belongings and it was a great experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend them if you are wanting an outstanding experience.

Done business with a lot of pawn shops over the years.the staff at sunflower was top notch,respectful and courteous . To me this is rare behaviour in a pawn shop..they went the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied..and never for one second did they act condescending towards me ( I feel this is also rare in a pawn shop). I made a trade with them with almost no cash involved,they still rolled out a red carpet for me..i want them to know,i really appreciate them on this deal..people go to pawn shops (usually because moneys tight) to try to get something worked out.it was very gratifying to be treated like a million bucks.my wife baked them strawberry cupcakes (her specialty),we wish we could have done more....hope you enjoyed them fellas,and thanks again.

Found a Zoom G3X Multi-effects pedal with Zoom power supply, (a very hard-to-find item in the US), via Buya.com and contacted Heartland Pawn Shop in Lawrence, Kansas by phone who had listed it only days earlier. We swiftly negotiated a lower selling price and they sold it to me as I had hoped for. They shipped to NC that very same day and pedal arrived quickly. It was packed with care and the rare unit functions perfectly. I am very pleased with my dealings with these guys. Recommended.

I've been coming to this pawnshop for 4 years. My first 2 years I would go to the Olathe location until I moved to Lawrence. Needless to say the customer service is excellent and because I've been going to them for 4 years when I need to get a loan on my stuff I always get top dollar. I hate pawning my stuff just like anyone else but fortunately for me I wasn't fed with a silver spoon, I rely solely on myself and this pawnshop helps me when I need it!

The staff at Heartland PawnBrokers was so amazing and helpful I literally didn’t think I would have a guitar that day. Also my brother got tools at an excellent deal and I got a guitar case and extra accessories because of the kindness And exceptional service the staff showed. I am a permanent customer now :-)

I will recommend this place to anyone I know who has things of actual quality to do business with the guys at Heartland Pawnbrokers. By far the best experience I have ever had with a pawnshop. You'll get offered a fair amount on your stuff...given that it's something worth while. Not like a VCR. Not even a VCR/DVD combo player. Sorry 1993, but they'll likely pass on your super awesome electronics. But in all seriousness folks, this pawnshop is the best place for you to get excellent service, fair dollar amounts, and you can buy good quality stuff at reasonable prices. So go to there. Not now, it's late. But tomorrow morning would be totally acceptable. Alright...bye.
