Central Bank Iowa St, Lawrence

This branch is so friendly, and the staff offers wonderful customer service. For anyone looking to bank in the Lawrence area, I highly recommend this branch. Great crew of workers!

We have been banking at the Iowa branch for over 10 years, holding both personal and business accounts. What we appreciate most is that Wendy and the entire team know us by name when we walk in. There is a personal touch that you just don’t find too often these days. The bank has always been responsive to our needs and has always found solutions for us. After 10 years with Central bank of the midwest, we have finally moved all of our personal banking to this bank. It is all about the customer service and availability of the South Iowa branch in Lawrence. Service and follow through in personal banking, and real estate financing have been top of the line.

Customer service here is amazing! They are severely understaffed and straight husslin. I love all my bank tellers here but big shout out to Jacuierra, she is absolutely wonderful and very fast at her job!

I have used this Central Bank of the Midwest branch for several years and have had a great experience! Potential fraud has been managed, education regarding saving/investing has been provided, and seamless service for whatever my needs may be is continuous. Seems like at this location the Customer service Skills went to hell in a handbasket, Some young kid name Rob Apparently felt as though it was was OK for him to be treating me unforgivably Rude And out right disrespectful,his manager just sit there and condoned it! Total twilight zone moment!!

I went in to cash a check, I am not a customer there. The lady behind made a fuss about the check being just over $500 and she has to get ahold of the account holder. She called and couldn’t get ahold of one account holder, she left a voicemail. She tried calling the second holder and she didn’t even leave a voicemail. She said there’s nothing she can do about it. She was really rude. I went in two days later to cash the check again and another lady who was there was absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave me no fuss at all. Great lady who really knows her stuff.
