Can not say enough good things about this location! They know my name when I come in, which is a personal touch not often found in banks anymore, super easy going and great people. There’s a blonde woman there (I believe her name is charity? But I could be wrong) that is just fun and on top of everything. Awesome bank and location!

They are the nicest ever bankers, especially Dianna. she did an awesome job helping me. highly recommend them for your personal and business banking!

Greg Weggener was the most helpful and caring person I could have asked for in processing my cashout refinance. He was very knowledgeable and stayed with me to the very end. I highly recommend him!

Been with this bank (business only) for about ten years and I can’t wait to get settled up and away from them. I constantly have issues with my card and even with the local staff. Let’s start with the card. Their outsourced card services department rarely speaks English and can’t articulate instructions. I inform them I’m traveling yet they still have issues with my card because they put the instructions in wrong. Every other month I have the same issue... plenty of money on the account yet it declines. Call to fix it they say it’s fixed and a day later it does it again. As for the inside staff most are great, but I have been misled multiple times and even been insulted by a select few. Once I thought about a home equity and was approved but they were late processing my application so I lost the promotion %. When I turned it down at the higher % (even though I was upfront, its this % or not at all) they got upset and even ran the application another time without my permission dinging my credit. Another time my commercial banker actually told me to “grow up and learn to run a business” after a miscommunication on when paperwork was needed. I simply said back “I’m there once a week, and you wave at me through your office window could you not have come out and talked to me?” Since this moment I actually dread going into this bank. If it wasn’t for my SBA I’d be gone. Counting the days...

These are the nicest bank tellers ive had to deal with, and easily the fastest ive ever gotten a bank account open, they even took the time time to learn our names ,to make it that much more friendly, ive been there twice and they all know me, seriously these guys are good at what they do, ive been to many banks but this one is by far the best, i had my debit card the same day i opened my account, the lady that helped me open it was so polite, and not at all frustrted with my lack of hearing, she made is easy to understand and i was do e in 15 minutes. Will recommend.

Had my money stolen with fraud. Filed a filed a report with bank and police, bank told me it takes 10-45 business days before i will get my money back! I live paycheck to paycheck and now rent is late and have late fees building by the day! I have NEVER heard of a bank takong so long for fraud, especially when there is a police report and PROOF that it was stolen 4 hours away 20 minutes after i used my card! I put trust in this bank (this branch in particular) with my money, and they ack like they dont even care. I was nervous of fraud and had no bank account for 15 years until this bank made me comfortable enough by promising "INSTANT FRAUD RELIEF" if that ever happend. 10-45 days is NOT INSTANT

Great customer service, friendly tellers and staff. I have both my business and personal accounts with them for years now and they have always taken excellent care of me.

The tellers at this location are always so helpful and accommodating! No matter my issue or problem, they always take the time to explain or help me understand what’s going on. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Keep it up!
