Bank Midwest Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Shawnee

I am a new officer of a club so I went to the branch in Grandview Mo. with the previous officer and there lobby was closed due to staffing issues. We needed to get this done today and it was early afternoon. We called the office in Shawnee and they said they could help us. So we went to Shawnee. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly by Linda Cunningham and advised her of our situation. Linda immediately took care of us. She was very polite and professional. Her customer handling skills are second to none. Then she followed up with a hand written thank you note. Don't see that much these days. Thanks Linda for all you do. Bernie

We have loved banking with Bank Midwest in Shawnee. It is so refreshing to deal with an actual person and not everything automated. Kelli Barry and her crew, especially Linda Cunningham, are always so responsive and helpful. We would encourage anyone to bank with them.

My husband and I dealt with Samantha Hammer today. She was incredibly efficient, professional, and friendly. I went back later in the day and met with other staff through the drive through window, who were just as friendly and professional. So far our experience here has been excellent.

This location is my favorite!!! The staff is personable and professional; they treat everyone walked into the bank with respect and patience. The facility is nice and clean. I am not treated just as a bank customer, I am someone with a name to the staff! Extra shoutouts to Jeremy and JanetLynn!!! The best part is whenever I called, I will get a live person to answer the phone and not wait forever to get to the option for a human representative. I hope this practice doesn’t change at Bank Midwest, and I hope the staff at this location continues their exceptional customer service!!!!

Best Bank Midwest Branch! After struggling at another branch to set up an estate account, I decided to try one closer to home to manage the account. Linda was so patient and helpful as I made deposits and had excellent recommendations for handling future expenses. I highly recommend this branch.

When I got my first bank account here I knew nothing, they sat down with me and explained everything banking to me. Really gave me a head start. Now, many years later I’m still banking here and have had absolutely no problems. They know me by first name when I come through the drive through and are the friendliest people in the world. If you live in shawnee and are looking for a new bank you should definitely come here.
