The purchaser of our home is using them and, due to the inability of Cedar Mill Mortgage to follow their client's direction and do their job, there are now 3 families in a really bad situation. I personally spoke with Bain and not only was he deceitful in answering questions, he also contradicted information I already knew to be true.
