I knew of CMS through Will and following him on IG. My fiancee and I figured we'd reach out and see what the process would look like and get an idea of how prepared we should be, and maybe already were. Ben could not have been more thorough with us from the start. He was honest, he laid out reasonable expectations, and he pointed us in the right direction when we had concerns.
