There pawn service is quick and easy and they will take almost anything, as long as it has some value. There rental service is one of the best in the area, and they will go the extra mile to get you the device or appliance you need.

Excellent service, and phenomenal help. I bought a rent-to-own laptop from them. Within a few days it developed a few issues to the point it had to be serviced. They offered a loaner laptop so I could continue to do my work with my job. Well I needed up liking it a bit more, so I asked if I could just keep the loan and the agreement was change so it would be so. All and all, good service from the staff and easy to start the process. I’ve been customer for 2 years now and haven’t had a complaint yet.

Not only is the staff understanding and willing to work with you, Mayra at the Rogers location went above and beyond for me. Keith at the Springdale location has done the same. When it comes to pawn shops I’m truly not a fan but when you’re in need of money or want to get a good bargain deal on items they’re not bad but castle doesn’t feel like any other pawn shop. Their staff is all friendly, generous, and genuine people. Definitely appreciate everything they’ve done for me when I got in a tough spot.

Castle Rental is a professional and respectable place. I was greeted when I came in the door following with being assisted right away. They were very understanding with the fact that my payment was short this week and even offered to help me out by giving me a little extra time to get my affairs in order. I give this place a 10/10.

Went in on valentines day week after a long search across NWA for a ring. Not only was the store well equipped with a wide selection but the set up was on point. A ring professional named Stan helped us pick a ring and he was able to size the ring on the spot. That's customers service. We will be returning for their prompts service and great deals!

I am beyond upset! I bought a pressure washer and brought it home and it did not work so I brought it back within the 24 hours like it says and they told me the things that might be wrong with it so I took it home and I fixed it up and I put in over $100 more than what I paid for this machine and a week later after keep going on in it’s still not working so I asked if they could just fix it not even take it back just fix it or trade for another power washer and they said there is nothing they can do I am beyond upset this is shameful this is not OK and I am just so upset I can’t believe they sold us a broken pressure washer and then when we took it back within the 24 hours they gave their information how to fix it then we brought it back after the 24 hours they knew exactly what they were doing they knew exactly what they were doing so if I could give them a star I would give them know stars because this is just very unprofessional

Stan was very approachable & absolutely give us a good deal on the item that we really like! Lots of nice selections of jewelry with a very good price. Absolutely recommend this store!!

If your in need of any jewelry repair or a custom piece I recommend paying Stan the jeweler a visit. Only took him a day so I didn't have to be without my piece long. They also have the best prices I have found including rodium plating your ring for about a 3rd of the normal cost!

These guys are super friendly and helpful. They really helped me out, the energy inside is really awesome everyone is really fun and honestly have an amazing attitude. Definitely would come here again!

I've used Castle rental and Pawn for years. Always treat me fairly. Doug goes above and beyond to help however he can.

Doug was the person who helped us find what we were looking for, he was very talkative and fun to talk to. He was fast and continually working, he was kind while talking on the phone and was quick to answer questions, he was also good to help negotiate for what we could get. He's good at up selling as well, we were looking for a bunk bed we could turn into a loft. We were going to go with the mattress that came with the bunk, but he told us we could get an actual mattress instead for a dollar more, we never would have known that and it's a big help to know that.

As new residents to the area, we were on a search for the right place to use when money got too tight. When we came into Castle Rental & Pawn of Rogers, I was instantly sold. They want to truly help you get what you need. Mayra stepped in for me when I got behind on my pick up date & offered to remove the late fees & easily worked with me on arrangements for my funds to be available to pay my bill. Also, the jeweler on sight was one of the coolest people I’ve ran into around here. Offered to look at my ring we just paid off from Kay’s to inspect it & tell me more about it. He is a smart guy. Good vibes in this place for sure from the whole staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went in to have the Jeweler, Dan, look at a couple of rings. One we sold, the other two we needed sized. Dan was very helpful and a helluva guy. Super professional and kind. Wanted to help us out at every turn. We originally went to a different jeweller but the other place told us they couldn't fix one ring and said it was scrap. The other ring they told us that we had to wait and have it sized. Dan said he would do it, for a FRACTION of the price. And it looks amazing. The other ring that the other place said was scrap, Dan fixed it up like it was a piece of cake.

They have so much good stuff my dad gets a lot of stuff there. My dad been get stuff there for over 20 years. I just got a good gaming stuff there as well. And if you get anything there they will help you with anything you need.

Amazing customer service! The employee that helped us went well above our expectation to find us the part we needed. If an establishment is willing to search for 20 to 30 min to help a customer find a $20 part I’d say you can’t get any better than that!
