DO NOT BANK HERE!! Minorities are not welcome here! The feel is very racist if I do say so myself. I will SCREAM IT EVERY TIME!! Don’t go here for any banking purposes!! U will get turned away! If I could give a highly negative score I would. 1star should not even be given PERIOD!

There was a young women working in the Rogers location who is very rude. Don’t recommend going into the lobby unless you have to. The bank just doesn’t have a nice friendly vibe. If you’re going to be in customer service and interacting w/ people then you should be more friendly other wise that job isn’t for you.

Went to the Regions Bank on Walnut St at 2:35pm. The lady working at the window was very rude. I asked her a simple question and she treated me like I was unintelligent for asking and then passed me off to the guy working. The guy was very kind. But the lady definitely was not kind or professional.

Called to speak to a loan officer about a refinance, I waited on hold for 15 mins and then was bounced around to the same departments 4 times being placed on hold each time. The awful reviews are well deserved. Go elsewhere.

Everyone is very helpful and the manager is as eager if not more to assist you than the tellers are. They always have a smile for you when you enter the bank or call. I enjoy doing business there.

Locked out of our online banking account. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No local bank phone numbers listed. All 800 Reggie. Been on the phone for an hour and cannot get to any live person. Someone made a bad decision. I'll find another bank this is total BS.

I’ve been a customer of what is now Regions bank in northwest Arkansas for 22 years and I honestly don’t know why. Between all the branches they’ve closed down, the services they’ve stopped offering and the fees they’ve increased over all that time, I realize I should’ve taken my business elsewhere long ago. The horrible customer service I’ve experienced from the staff at both Rogers locations and Bentonville should’ve served as lessons, even after I took out a mortgage last fall. The fact that there is no 24 hour helpline or online customer service only shows how antiquated this bank is. From now on I will tell anyone who will listen that they should take their business to someone else, like ARVEST or BankOZK. I’m tired of being taken advantage of! Forgot to mention Dixieland branch smells like a sewage line has backed up all the time! Pinnacle branch staff are extremely rude! Bentonville branch has gone to the dogs as well.

Opened my account a month and a half ago and my checking account was wiped completely out this past Sunday... 😵😵😵. Went to the bank this past Monday and they told me they didn't know when I would receive my money back.... Then they took my debit card and won't be able to receive another one until 7 to 10 business days. EVERYBODY DON'T ACCEPT CHECKS NOW AH DAYS. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS

Was going to get our change counted but found out they didn’t have a change counter. Was headed over to the next regions when employee promptly called me back and informed me that none of the locations have a change counter but stated they could count it no problem. Saved us some gas from driving to another place. Thanks!
