    I have never in my life felt as much warmth from a bank in my life. I am a cardholder or in other words a member of this Bank, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The feeling of the place is soothing the attitude of the employees is out-of-this-world. I felt magnanimous here. It's a Friday and whoever they have greeting customers (Puerto Rican Lady) Is amazing.

    Not impressed. Went to deposit a check and withdraw some cash. But going to use my card later that night 0% of my paycheck was actually deposited and he NEVER gave me a deposit receipt. Called arvest waited 35 min just for one associate to pick up, was told I would have the money back in my account by Friday at 5. Now it’s Saturday 10:00. No effort has been made to reach out to me, an explanation or helping me recover my loss. Seems fraudulent... might switch banks.

    You guys are amazing! You made opening an account such a breeze today! Thank you. I had some trouble activating my card as well and customer service was just as wonderful. So glad I changed banks!

    45 min stuck in business lane before making it to the window. Pulled up 3rd in line. Cars pulled in behind and beside me so I couldn’t even leave.

    Love how friendly everyone is as soon as you walk in the door. Wait time to see an officer or loan clerk is minimal. My PayPal Acct was recently hacked, but thankfully ARVEST holds for 2-3 days and I was able to report it to Arvest and get it stopped before the damage was done to my account. Love the bank and the people!

    The slowest Arvest bank in Rogers! Waited 45 minutes to just get to the window, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Customer service isn’t the greatest either.

    The company i work for uses this bank. And i swear no matter what time you go the business lane is the slowest . today i sat in my car for 30mins mind u its just me and the car at the window. 30 mins so i drove out the lane went inside and had to wait another 20 min in line. Just 3 customers in front of me. And 2 employees working the front. Wth!! U got 4 window and 2 employees working ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. AND U USE A MACHINE TO COUNT THE MONEY. SOOO DONT YA THINK YAL COULD MOVE A LIL BIT FASTER. i swear yal would make my day better if ya just speed things up . maybe 2 business lane and employees : just saying

    Had branches from all over Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri print a piece of paper for me when it was important. Mariela was at this branch and refused siting company policy and was quite snotty and stuck up about it. I'll be moving my accounts next week to another bank. This cost me an important deadline on Friday at 5.
