The staff is very helpful and willing to work with people. My husband and I got a personal loan with them and everything went very smoothly. Today they surprised us with a text to refinance the loan and get some money sent our way immediately. Great place!!

Such a terrible place and experience. I have never been to an institution so unprofessional in my life. From the very beginning, I walked in and was just looked at and not a single word was said. I then sat down to fill out my application and I could see the manager, Deserae or whatever her name is, picking her nose and burping out loud. We all do its but not in a business setting. I got a feeling of her and the lady with red hair that they were talking about me while I was sitting down. I looked over and they got up and walked away. They came back and I was told I wouldn't qualify. How would they know if they were on their phones the whole time. Whatever their reasoning was, didn't seem legit. It felt RACIST. They need to hire some classy employees, because the office is a joke.

I have had a loan with cash co for a while. My family had a emergency need and cash co was there even through I owed money they we're able to help me with alittle more. This place is amazing I will always be forever GREATFUL.

I have worked with this office for a better part of 10 years. They are polite, professional always accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend this office of Cashco to my friends.

Love the new feature they have of not having to go to the store to get a loan, needed some money but I'm always busy and get off work when there closed, now you could do it all on line and the funds are instantly transferred to your account without having to go to the office👍😁

Well the Portland office is top notch-again and again they give superlative, timely, friendly assistance -they are like having a friend yet they are a business. I really can’t gush enough about them. I have used them for about 20+ years for car buying, mortgage assistance, broken dog legs, car repair, hot water heater repair-you name it and they’ve helped me!!!’ 😁😍

If I could give it 7 stars I would. The supervisor took care of me well got me approved for $1,000. Just out of bankruptcy and low credit. They where gracious to help me. This is a true story;I lost my home after twenty years lost some hope but didn’t loose my will was walking to forget I saw a man walking in the rain he had no shoes he had a sack soked with water I went over to him I asked him if he could come with me he looked up at me and said can u help me I told him I don’t have much either but I still have my will I took him home and made him something to eat and sat him down and told him not to give up ever I had made a loan with Cashco before I would try again to make a small loan to help him I called Cashco and like before they treated me with warmth and respect I gave him clothes and New shoes and money to get on his feet after that I felt the world was wonderful again Cashco you are Amazing thank you !!!

The SE office has always gone above and beyond, and have helped me out of rough spots more than once. They are extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely want to help.
