Great customer service by Jeru who made it a very fast and easy process for us!

They messed up on their end and they keep bugging me about it to fix it && I asked them to plz only take payments out every 2 weeks and they’ve charged me with 6 days apart. That guy who works here is a weirdo.

Thank you Cashtime, for being very professional when it comes to getting the loan done. Angie was very respectful of my needs, never pushy or aggressive. The quality of service is above all others I have dealt with. Thank you Cashtime, will recommend you to others.

My experience with cash time on 6ave have been great! They have been there for me when I need them the most with no hassles or interagation. Jaru and Angie are awesome, kind and understanding.

This place is no help. The expect you to have money before they lend you money. The main reason I went was for money if I had it, I wouldn't be here. Also they don't accept business accounts. They should add that information. My semi truck is in the shop for 2 weeks of course I have no income. Lol they want 2 paychecks before they lend me money. Waste of time. Title max is more forgiving.

Pearla was very nice and professional helping me get a loan. She made the process go so easy and. Within 1 hour I was able to to go pick up my check. Cash time is the place to go for fast loans.

Eric Espinoza has been the loan officer that has helped me out the last two times that I have come in for a loan. He always does a great job, he always makes me feel comfortable, and he always does his best to make sure I get the help that I need. I went in the other day with my girlfriend I’m a first timer at this and the lady who helped us out Pearla made us feel at home and was very knowledgeable on the loan process I didn’t get exactly what I was looking for but she did her best and overall I was happy with what she was able to help with. I came in on Sun March 12 for an increase on my loan. I was greeted in a cheerful manner by loan officer Eric Espinosa. He helped me quickly get through all the paperwork while making me feel comfortable. I was happy with the speedy service an will continue to due service with them in the future.

Do not do business here. They cant even email you a receipt when you pay in full. They can certainly email you when your payment is due! But when you need proof of payment, they will not email you a receipt. Also, they LIE about it not being a title loan by calling it a "personal" loan but then they require your car title, AND POA over your car. These deceptive practices prey on vulnerable people and it makes me sick. Its amazing how they can wake up each day and face themselves in the mirror knowing that they are robbing the poor to pay the rich! I will tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from Cash Time.

You know I have used the same cashtime for years and this time was different, so careless and seems like the lady that help me wasn't happy with her job. Totally ignore my request to take my payments on Friday out of my account and had that fake smile. Will never use cashtime ever again.

Cassy was rude and had a tone in her voice like she didn't even wanna be at work today. I asked her questions and instead of trying to get the right answers she said she didn't know or try to shut down the conversation, I didn't feel confident at all dealing with her , then when I asked to talk to her manager she asked why then acted like she couldn't hear me for 2 minutes , I said hello I can hear u typing , still nothing , then I said what's your name , she said I'm connecting you to my manager and just basically hung up on me (transferred the call) why couldn't she be a friendly customer service representative in the first place? People go to this place for help no to get their day ruined by someone who doesn't wanna be at work. Other then that everyone I have spoken to is respectful and friendly and they get you the cash u need!!! Definitely recommended 👍

Pearla is an amazing employee at Cash Time Loan Centers. This is the second time she's helped me and it was even more enjoyable then the first. She helps you to feel comfortable and is just so nice!! She's amazing at what she does here. Definitely a 5-star employee.

I work with Jeru on my registration loan and it was a great experience! She was so pleasant and helpful throughout the whole visit. Overall good experience at cash time there was a bit of a wait at first but usually good things come with a wait. The loan officer Nancy helped us out very friendly and had great customer service highly recommend her when u go in for a loan me and my wife were pleased with the service
