I received help from Serena on Grant and Swan location. She was very pleasant to speak with. She made everything easy. I have been coming to this location for about 5 yrs now. Always good people.

CashTime was there for me once again, BUT the experience I had today was overwhelming with grace, professionalism and hope that was not expected. I mean I know CashTime is awesome, but they paid off another title loan I had with a different company, paid off an old debt and I still walked out with cash in my hands!! Now all I asked for was $500. Juan and CashTime said we can do so much more for you and with less interest and lower payments. I was kind of hesitant and Juan the genius pulled it off…four miracles in less than two hours done for me! I pay less and now also my credit will improve too! I just can’t say enough of how much that this team will do for you! Thank you Juan P and CashTime honestly you gave me a larger horizon of hope so thank you! In trouble this is the #1 and only place to go!! Hands up 🙌🏼

If I could give This place negative stars I would. They are absolutely unprofessional. They will tell you you owe “x” amount including interest and then when it comes time to pay, not only is is $20-$30 MORE, but they ALWAYS have some issue when it comes to taking the payment, which accrues late fees that they will still charge you, even though it was their own negligence that caused them. They will give you printed out documents showing a detailed amount that will be due to close out your account, but when you go to close out your account, that paper is suddenly wrong even though it’s from them, and they will charge you even more. The employees are rude and disrespectful on the phone every time you speak to them, and speak over you when you point out the inconsistencies in their company. Get a loan from literally ANYWHERE else.

Every time I have come in to get a loan, the staff has always been very courteous and helpful. The office is clean and organize. Never had a problem. This was the most unprofessional loan company I have ever experienced. The employees were unbelievably unprofessional and inarticulate. I spoke with Stephanie regarding a registration loan. She couldn’t clearly give me information on the process of acquiring a loan with their company. The “manager” who was in the next room and never formally introduced himself was the person deciding the amount I could be lent. She took my bank account statements and other personal information back and forth numerous times to this “manager” in the room next door only to come back with a different amount each time. I ultimately decided not to do business there because I was offered such a low amount, after showing proof I make four times the amount I needed to borrow monthly! I would not recommend this place. 👎🏻

I went to Cash time with a title loan from another company that was exuberant and way over my head. Juan did everything he could to make sure I didn’t lose my car. They paid off my title loan and gave me a loan with a reasonable rate. Something I can actually manage. A huge relief. Can’t say enough good things about Juan either, a true gentleman and definitely an asset to this company. 5 stars, thanks Cash time, will refer.

I'm reading these reviews and gagging. Worst service ever. They ignore you (the customer) and shout back and forth to each other while your trying to get stuff done for them to give you a loan. They are to into taking to each other and fist bump each other to care about customers. It's hot in there and the fans wobble enough to worry me they might fall. And Sergio basically ignored me when I was having trouble with my bank so much they were shouting 2 rooms away.
