SCAM WARNING I was asked to write a 5 star review from a good loan experience AND I DID. Now as a returning customer I feel they have scammed me. I have a background in this field. I know this stuff by heart. There shouldn't be any grey area. Never again will I work with them and I advise no-one does.....you just lost your 5 star review from me.

Terrible customer service. I called last week and asked if i had some credit on a loan ive been consistently paying down, the lady sent me the bank account verification link, i completed that and she said she would call me back with the approval. She never did. I have emailed them several times and still have not gotten any response from them. I wonder whats going on with these people lately

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because of be people I did with my loans prior. I believe it was Andrea, johnthan and another very customer service orientated female. I been doing business with Cash Time for years now and always worked with me and never been an issue. However some changes were made on my account without my consent and so I go but the customer service I received was unconcerned about my concerns and felt as though they just wanted to get paid. Im glad my loan will be done soon. 😒

First two registration loans I paid off not so good either they over draft your account even when you call to make other payment arrangments they do it anyway ..as soon as I got a title loan for 600 yes i had a financial situation. But thought hey they will just take the money anyway and over draft my account. No.. they get greedy and tow the vehicle add on ridiculous fees and when you express your frustration they have the nerve to say am sorry you feel that way.. worst customer service. Employees lie about being the manager until you start asking question like if they are the store manager they say no assistant manager.. poor girl gave her self away by her unprofessional tone and poor customer service... I wouldn't recommend title loans at cash time. My balance was around 500 and after the tow jumped to nearly 1100 not to mention I had called to get a 10 day pay out form a week prior to get my car traded and pay off the balance instead they do not reply asap then lie about not receiving the correct info and a week later after I had told an trying to pay off the top balance they decide to tow my car!!! Again I cannot express the disappointment with them unsatisfactory servic. Manager even told me when i had asked about 10 day pay out she was concerned I was shopping around at other title loans places and said she would be willing to work with me.. turns out all lies they just want any chance they get to take your vehicle they can cash In more by just sending it to auction. Worst service you guys
