    To start, both times I went to this location the heavyset lady in the front took her sweet time to unlock the door, as if I wasn't a customer or of any importance. This also reflected in her attitude and unwillingness to make the process easier and less complicated. Shortly after, I was taken over by the Katie, the district manager. She was the only cash store employee that I personally seen display any kind of actual concern for me as a customer. She made sure I was taken care and my questions were answered before I left. After returning a few days later because my account wasn't 30 days old yet, I was met with the same couldn't care less attitude, with the I hate my life and job undertone. This time there was another lady there who literally was of no help. I tired numerous times to explain what her district manager had said and instructed (Obviously she wasn't there on this day). Instead she ignored questions and talked as if she was reading a script. Saying I have to go by the notes, which were taken by someone who obviously didn't care enough to pay attention. I'm just thankful I didn't need much and only was off work for 2 weeks. Wouldn't recommend this particular location and don't think I'll try anywhere else. Good candy in the bowl tho..

    Definitely appreciate the service y'all provide. However I shouldn't have to wait an hour every time I want to come in and make a payment. Y'all have made me late for work twice and as nice as the employees are they have NO sense of urgency.

    Rude people work here. I didn't get a Logan because if they are that rude before you get any money how they gonna be afterwards?

    I tried to get a loan at this place apparently a year ago and got denied. I admit I wasn’t in a good place to make payments the but I just tried again and got denied again. I have a negative balance in my account and I proved that I have a full time job. When I spoke to the manager she told me they do not base approval off of your credit. That was a lie. The reason I was denied was due to the number of credit inquiries, property purchase history, and unable to confirm identity with third party vendor. Very disappointed that these places are meant to help people who are truly struggling but they turn us away
