Received a mail offer saying I was Pre screened for a 500 dollar loan. Called into the office and asked exactly what I needed to bring. Got there and they could verify my bank statement even though I logged them in and they are looking at it on the screen. Had to drive in traffic up north came back with supporting documents they asked for, spent another hour there and the guy tells me they couldn't approve. This place and there process is a complete waste of time.

I got a loan with cash store and paid it off before my loan was due. Then i referred a friend and was supposed to get the referral fee if they had gotten approved, which they did. But since i didnt have to start paying fees, they said i cant get my referral fee. Which makes no since because i paid them back and im in good standing. That's messed up how i couldn't get my referral fee but they got all their money back from me. Stop playing people and give them what yall promised. Y'all didn't say that when we got approved. Very angry about that.

I went to the Cash store off of the beltway and I was dealing with the store manager breanna she was so nice and made the process less stressful she helped me for almost 2 hours trying to get my bankstatement im so thankful for her patience I never experienced that before she deserves a raise are promotion and she was so nice to her staff when they had a question I told her most managers are not like that I hope to continue this relationship with her I will take my business to her

Only issues I have with them is, the fact they do NOT disclose everything during the application process. I was NOT made aware that my title may not be there when I come in to pay off the loan. I received the loan in November, it is now January. Still no title, all I get is "this is the process". Had I known the process (and that possibility) I never would have gone thru with the loan. Also I have to pay to get the lien removed from my title, WHENEVER I get it back from them. Account is paid in full, but I don't have my title , and when I call to check. I'm met with the attitude of "oh well it's not my title, so idc. It's not in". Update. So today 1/8/21 they’ve called twice the corporate office that is. Telling me about ya damn balance that I’ve already paid 12/30/20 now nobody knows anything. Typical 🙄 just know I kept receipts and I better get my damn title.

The reason for the three stars is the staff at this location are very helpful and kind. No issues whatsoever with the location itself. The company however could us some help. The approval process is done by a computer so u can be denied because of a simple glich. The lending company cottonwood is unhelpful and they are dishonest about the reason for denail. Each time i talked to someone they give me a different excuse and then say the supervisior is too busy

This place help me out to get a loan to pay my rent the payments were easy to do in it was all thank you to the worker Shelly she was amazing she gave me such an amazing customer service help me out their everything she held me refinance also in now off my loan in arrive ready appreciate her being such a good such a good person

Very helpful and polite. In and out process. As long as you understand how loans work you should have no problems.
