If you are looking for great service after sale, this is wrong place. My ATM has been down since last 5 days and there technician is on the way since last 5 days. I'm loosing my major business but that's not at all there priority. They have no regards for the customer, poor customer service and very unprofessional. I don't think anyone wants to be with them and loose there business because of there poor service.

No discrepancy in the transaction, real time reporting, monthly commissions on time and accurate, top notch customer service and experienced technicians on the field. WHAT ELSE CAN WE ASK FOR. Their objective of always giving the best to their customers gives them a competitive edge over other ATM vendors as they are now incentivizing us on international card transactions, cash advance transactions and bitcoin purchase from our existing ATM. It is amazing to make extra from existing ATM without investing a dime. Totally incredible service company.

I am with ATM Link since 2006. They provide consistent best customer service over the phone and in person. I referred my friends to this company and they are happy with the services too. Also, I like the portal access and detailed monthly statement. I have notice their commission rate better than the market. Being an old customer of this company, I must say that this company is reaching to top most ATM processing companies due to their ethical and honest business relationship with their customers.

Horrible! If I could give zero star, I would have given them that right away. I called them twice after I experienced a problem with the ATM printer in our convenience store. On the first time, they asked me to fix it myself and sent me a couple of video links for guidance. i tried those but it didn't work. Then i called them again and asked if they can send a technician our way, and to which, they said they wanted to resolve everything over the phone. I repeatedly told them that it's not working and I needed a technician but they refused. It is really sad to see a company trying to save money by not doing maintenance at their client's sites. People suffer just because of a few mindsets who run companies like ATM Link. There are plenty of other ATM companies that provide way better service. BUT DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst service ever ? They, broke my keypad, while loading software for EMV and they charged us. Whenever you call for any department they direct to technical department. Problems never get solved never they bothered to follow up. When you call them again they don't even know you or the problem so basically they don't bothered to take down notes. Didn't completed EMV process before deadline, so liability shifted on all of the owners. They don't take no responsibility for any problems. I am just waiting on to finish up my contract and my other friends are too. So don't bother yourself to get em for service. If you have problems with your equipment, than you can expect more than two weeks before your problems gets solved. They only have one technician.
