If you are looking for great service after sale, this is wrong place. My ATM has been down since last 5 days and there technician is on the way since last 5 days. I'm loosing my major business but that's not at all there priority. They have no regards for the customer, poor customer service and very unprofessional. I don't think anyone wants to be with them and loose there business because of there poor service.

The technical support team must follow certain protocols for a proper diagnosis before we dispatch technician. We received the pictures of your broken card reader on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 3:45 PM CST and we issued a service ticket to our technician same day. Our tech visited your location Sunday, July 26, 2020 around 7:00 AM CST to fix the issue at your ATM. We thought you would be grateful that our tech serviced your ATM on Sunday, which is not normal in the case of remote locations. We would greatly appreciate, if you call us and clarify that how you are calculating that your ATM was down for 5 days because as far as we know the time frame between issue reported and tech visited at your site was less than three business days.

Horrible! If I could give zero star, I would have given them that right away. I called them twice after I experienced a problem with the ATM printer in our convenience store. On the first time, they asked me to fix it myself and sent me a couple of video links for guidance. i tried those but it didn't work. Then i called them again and asked if they can send a technician our way, and to which, they said they wanted to resolve everything over the phone. I repeatedly told them that it's not working and I needed a technician but they refused. It is really sad to see a company trying to save money by not doing maintenance at their client's sites. People suffer just because of a few mindsets who run companies like ATM Link. There are plenty of other ATM companies that provide way better service. BUT DO NOT GO HERE!

Printer issues (such as paper feeding or paper jam error) are often easily fixable by following the steps in the video links or technician’s instruction over the phone. Nevertheless, if you are experiencing any major issue, then we surely can send the technician out. We would request you to please call our customer service department and they will help you to get it resolved. We are here to serve you and always want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our services.

Worst service ever ? They, broke my keypad, while loading software for EMV and they charged us. Whenever you call for any department they direct to technical department. Problems never get solved never they bothered to follow up. When you call them again they don't even know you or the problem so basically they don't bothered to take down notes. Didn't completed EMV process before deadline, so liability shifted on all of the owners. They don't take no responsibility for any problems. I am just waiting on to finish up my contract and my other friends are too. So don't bother yourself to get em for service. If you have problems with your equipment, than you can expect more than two weeks before your problems gets solved. They only have one technician.
Dear Owner (Wortham Food Mart), It’s very sad to see negative comment and one star rating from you. You have mentioned that our technician broke your Keypad when updating your ATM with EMV software; however, EMV hardware or software has no connection with keypad. EMV is only the card reader upgrade. Moreover, to address your comment that “we don't bother to take down notes;” we can only say that we have notes dated properly stating that your EMV software was downloaded on 2/13/2017 and you had keypad issue after that on 2/15/2017, which has nothing to do with EMV (as mentioned earlier). Your keypad was replaced on 2/20/2017, which means your ATM was serviced within three business days. This doesn’t justify your statement that “If you have problems with your equipment, then you can expect more than two weeks before your problems get solved.” Our goal is to make our customers satisfied and we have tried to address your concerns. However, if you still feel that we haven’t taken care of any of your problems, please call us and share so we can resolve it.
