Great location! Very professional and fast! I was greeted by everyone when I walked in the door. Everything was quick and easy. I brought my 87 year old grandmother in and Ms. Send I was super sweet to her and very patient! When you go, make sure to ask for her! 😁

Sendi is the customer service representative who assisted me with my application, she is very professional and friendly. I recommend anyone coming in to ask for her assistance.

I have used this location before, and they were simple and easy. Today when I went in Cristal provided such an amazing and elevated experience! She was funny and brilliant and offered impeccable customer service! I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️

My loan processor Ashley was very rude and not knowledgeable about the service. I felt stereotyped and unwelcome. On the other hand, it was a complete waste of time. Got pre approved just to drive all the way there to get denied . This could’ve been done over the phone .

If it wasn’t for the friendly and knowledgeable staff here at Cash store I would really be leaving a scathing review. But, I was assured via telephone that I was going to make and be eligible for a loan up to $950 well I take an Uber with the last of my money because I need emergency cash for medical visit tomorrow morning. Well I get there I fill out the forms and everything and everything looks fine and I’m getting all giddy that I might be getting some money and GuessWhat they deny me!I use the last of my money to get over here via Uber they denied me after assuring me to get to the store and fill out an application this is terrible terrible business it is outright a crime to put somebody through this who is ill who needs emergency medical money. Business ethic like this to just to get somebody into your storefront is an outrage! It is a terrible business practice and I am sure I am not the only one they have done this too. Please avoid this place, it is out for their better interest and not yours for them to do this to me is appalling and should be unlawful! Shame on Cash Store as they made me spend the last of my money on an Uber to get over here and they denied me my loan that I was promised an hour earlier via telephone. DO NOT GO HERE. TRY SUN LOANS. I am.

She had phones ringing, new employees, short handed and still remained sweet and professional at all times.
