    I came in to cash a business chk. I was referred to Ace by my bank where I was helped by Erika! And mind you, i started this process over the phone but realized the number in Apple maps was to a diff location, so Erika was starting from scratch! I don’t even know where to start though. Bc it was a weekday and prob usually a slow day, she was the only one in store. The process of cashing a business check seems to need a bit of organizing and work internally (being it took about an hour and there was way too much facing and calling needed) but she somehow got it done… on top of assisting at least 10-12 customers at the same time. I don’t think I heard one complaint out of anyone, including myself. Her mood never changed, she never got frustrated or anything. Smiled at every guest! As a business owner myself… definitely the type of person everyone needs on their team. She deserves a bit of recognition for this one. Thank you again Erika for your assistance and patience! You’re appreciated and you saved me so much time and energy on my end. We need more people like you.
