Came in, and was told I would be approved for 1,000. Then, the amount was 10%(100.00) of that. Then, they tried to call my work & hung up before people could answer. I told them to call again, and verify the number off of their website. I was treated like I was lying, and this entire place is a waste of time. Go somewhere else. They will maybe cover your gas, and that's if they even approve it.

5/23/2019.. CHANGE FROM 1 STAR UPDATE FROM 5/22/2019 RECEIVED REFUND AND BANK FEES. Cash Oasis indicated error concerning the following : I make monthly payments and have always paid on time. On $500 I pay $100 interest. I was asked this month if I wanted to pay interest again. I paid the $100 on the 14th. Today, 5/22/2019, they deposited my check for $600. Cameras at the location show Everyone coming into the location and what occurred whether a receipt is given. Did someone steal the $100 I paid? This created an overdraft!! I think this was deliberate!!! If so, this is fraudulent and I will have the State Attorney General look into this matter First . It is unfair when we have to come to companies like this and pay exorbitant interest rates and be defrauded too. If they correct it by returning either the interest, or $600 tomorrow, I will indicate that in a further review. I am a Senior Citizen age 72, on a fixed income. Don't mind returning to work, however no one has hired me within the last 4 years.

What a waste of time! They contact you over the phone you give them all the proper information and tell you your approved for $400 dollars so you bring in what they ask for then when you get to their location and waste your time and gas they tell you sorry we can only approve you for way less than what they quoted you over the phone... small company's like this do not trust it's a waste of time tho the agent that helped me was on top of her game. I understand it's out of her control but don't give quotes over the phone to let people come in to find out their surprise. Sorry I ain't wasting my time to get a loan for $250 and get charged an outrageous interest rate.I'm glad I left you can keep your $250. And I'll go somewhere else.

Takes money out of account early, called and let them know they are taking it out early and causing negative in my account, they stop for 1 payment and then do it again causing overdraft fees, twice more they've done this and when I called to have them not take it out of my account and I'd be paying manually they did it again a day early and caused overdraft, STAY AWAY from this place, they have no idea what they're doing and don't care what they do to you

Love this place! Everyone nice and when its my last resort to get by, there always there for me. And sometimes i get a brake on when they deposit.!

They are very friendly and I never have issues with them helping me with my questions. Vanessa is very friendly and knows her job. Employees like her are hard to come by. I know cause I work in customer service industry. Thanks Vanessa.

Even after expressing my situation due to moving and COVID 19, they just continuously ran my card after saying they wouldn't and bounced my rent payment, not even on a scheduled day . Crooks for sure.

All the employees ive dealt with are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Ive never had any issues like some of the reviews. I highly recommend this place.

I want to thank all the ladies for helping me when I needed it. Especially for not coming here in years as though owed a balance. All the ladies are very nice.
